Had cat/cats around all my life. This sounds like the stupidest idea, cats are not dogs. Cats hate being taken out, on a leash, around new cats ect..
Can you imagine what that place would be like. As soon as you open the door, 5 bitter angry Liberal women scream at you... "Shut the DOOR!" while seven cats are racing toward the door. Big huge pile of cat cages by the door, one poor cat has a harness leash on. Probably give the cats catnip so they can drink wine, and not worry about Tabby running off or getting into a fight.
I would charge the use of the kitty liter by the weight of the contents when scooped out. They only establishment on the block that doesn't have rats.
