You're both conflating red and blue states. Red AREAS will not accept them. My neighboring county booted them out recently. They dropped them on a country road basically in the middle of no where. I think they took them to Chicago. Pretty sure a wealthy gentleman I know bussed them about because it was near his property.

This is why I'm hyper about being local. Keep your house in order. From there work it up to the top. This is how a family works. Keep your house in order.
