US law enforcement is horribly corrupt, prosecuting some crimes and ignoring others, depending solely on the power and political affiliation of the suspects.

The most flagrant example is Hunter Biden's being allowed to get away with smoking crack, owning a gun while being an illegal drug user, pedophilia, incest, and selling US influence to China, Ukraine, and Romania via Pedo Joe.

But the list is endless. Hundreds were prosecuted and imprisoned for being given tours of the Capitol on Jan 6th in an entrapment operation orchestrated by the profoundly corrupt FBI. At least the Buffalo Man was finally released when the footed indisputably showed that he was escorted by Capitol Police the whole time. All the others should be immediately released and given the US Medal of Honor for standing up to the election fraud of 2020, as well as several million dollars each, to be taken from the corrupt FBI budget. And all of the Jan 6th footage must be released.

Hillary Clinton used the corrupt FBI to fabricate a story that Trump colluded with Russia, as documented in the Durham report. Everyone involved in this slander and fraud should be prosecuted, but none of them have been.

Pfauci funded the creation of Wuhan Virus in Wuhan at the Wuhan Institute of Virology with US taxpayer money, yet is not even being investigated for this open violation of US law and international law. Why not?

BLM was allowed to Burn, Loot, and Murder in cities all across the US in 2020, but has not received even a tiny fraction of the prosecutions meted out to the protesters of Jan 6th. Why not?

The US military must now honor their oath to defend the Constitution against America's domestic enemies at the FBI and other agencies by taking over and forcing prosecution for these crimes. Then they must return control to civilians.

The first question is: should we have simply assumed it’d all turn out fine? No. Remember, Democrats spent much of 2020 screaming about abolishing the police. Then, with SBF suddenly they pivoted4 to “lol, can’t believe you didn’t trust the police!”

But we don’t trust the police. Because the SBF case didn’t happen in a vacuum. Faith has legitimately been lost in America’s once-admirable legal system.

After all, thanks to Soros prosecutors, crime is de facto legal in major American cities. Hard drugs are sold in public. Supermarkets and trains are looted in broad daylight. Car windows are smashed, and everything is grabbed. Mobs block roads and swarm passerby at BLM/Hamas meetups. And the police do nothing.

Meanwhile, as the prosecution of actual crimes winds down, the prosecution of political crimes ramps up. The Republican Douglas Mackey is spending almost as much time in jail for tweeting a joke as the Democrat Colinford Mattis is for firebombing a police car. We’re in the era of show trials, where the Russiagate charges are slowly admitted to be false and the Hunter Biden allegations are gradually acknowledged to be true — but only after the elections when it doesn’t matter anymore.

None of this is justice. So, no, we don’t trust the police. And the fact that the criminal justice system eventually, grudgingly got the right outcome after massive international public pressure on an obvious fraud who stole ten billion dollars in broad daylight is not something to brag about. It’s like the (NSFW) Chris Rock clip: this is the bare minimum of what the state is supposed to do! It doesn’t get a cookie.

Trump Lawyer Alina Habba Shreds NY AG Letitia James: ‘She’s Got Nothing But Her Soros Backing’
240   Tenpoundbass   2023 Nov 8, 12:47pm

So my Daughter had a zoom interview for a Data Analyst for a certain alphabet agency yesterday.
She came early from work and informed the household that she was going to be in a 3 hour interview meeting, and not to disturb her.
She came out of her room about 1/2 hour later, and I asked her how did she do. She said She flunked it. I asked her how so?
She said she wasn't prepared for the questions, the interview was with the HR lady and the Tech lead. And the first round of questions were Culture and Employee Behavioral questions. One of the first question was how does she deal with working with employees that she clashes with. And they kept asking her other stupid questions that she felt had nothing to do with what they were looking for. She said they were 5 minutes late, and although she had her camera on, they never turned theirs on.

I told her, she did not flunk she passed a very important test, and I couldn't be more proud of her. It means you're not woke enough to work for the Federal government.

Then I told her, how the government and many enterprise organizations are woke and foster nothing but a culture of victimhood, whinners, while the producers are burdened with carrying everyone's work load, while being scrutinized and marginalized in meetings.

I also told her sometimes they hold interviews because they have to show good faith that they tried to hire local candidates. But no matter how good those candidates are, their minds are already made up to import HB1 Visa workers. So don't take any of it personally. And I for one couldn't be more proud that She is NOT Federal Government material.

It's sad she wanted to interview with them at all. They are scum. Don't work for scum.

Trump Revenge?

As Joe Biden’s polls plunge, his public bewilderment becomes chronic, and his exposed corruption can no longer be defended, pundits are writing furiously about the specter of “Trump revenge”. What is that, and why is it coming up now?

The Republican primary polls alarm them, but the general election polls favoring Trump over Biden utterly terrify them.

They privately concede that the crude-sounding Trump nevertheless did not weaponize the FBI, CIA, or DOJ.

The Trump-hating Pentagon, retired generals, CIA and FBI directors, the Washington FBI hierarchy—all of them knew that the fiery and bombastic Trump nevertheless did not hound out his enemies and turn these agencies and institutions into West Wing political operatives, in the way that Biden has destroyed the reputations of the DOJ and FBI.

So why the new mantra of “Trump revenge”?

Most likely, the Left is afraid because they know that if they were Trump and had suffered such weaponized lawfare from their opponents and in-house apostates, and yet had finally regained power, then they would most certainly go after their enemies with mass firings, weaponized indictments, and fake news stories.

In other words, they are scared that Trump thinks and acts like they do, and thus would do what they most certainly would do if in his place.

But for all of Trump’s loud banter, invective, and over-the-top tweets, he never sicced the bureaucracies on his political and personal enemies, and in that regard was never quite like the Left.

Empire is a cruel business, especially as it unwinds. But the sore-beset people of this land may be tiring of alternate realities as the absurdities mount and the immense friction of official bad faith heats up to the point of ignition. For instance, the “news” leaked late Thursday that Special Counsel Robert Hur expects to not charge anyone in connection with the “Joe Biden” documents case. How come? Reasons. Whew, that was swift justice, compared to the Chinese fire drill instigated by that same DOJ against Mr. Trump in the Mar-a-Lago document case.

Every Person Who Flew to DC around Jan 6 Is Being Secretly Monitored by Feds, Air Marshals Union Chief Admits

The head of the U.S. Air Marshals union has just made an explosive admission regarding the lengths Democrat President Joe Biden’s federal government is going to target any American even loosely linked to the events in Washington D.C. on January 6, 2021.

Union chief Sonya Labosco, the director of the Air Marshals National Council, has just admitted that the feds are secretly monitoring every single person who flew to the D.C. area on or around January 6, 2021.

Labosco said Air Marshals are no longer going after terrorists or the bad guys.

She revealed that agents are now focused on pursuing the Democrats’ anti-Trump Jan. 6 agenda instead.

Labosco admitted that agents are now busy stalking and following every single person who flew into the national capital, even if they did not go to the U.S. Capitol.

This is seriously criminal misuse of power. Everyone involved in this political persecution must be stripped of office and imprisoned for life.

Jamaal Bowman Gets Off Scot-Free After House Vote Because the Federal Government Is Worthless

Rep. Jamaal Bowman may have gotten a sweetheart plea deal after he illegally pulled a fire alarm in the Capitol Building, but he'll face no punishment at all in the House of Representatives.

The House Ethics Committee voted on Wednesday and chose to not open an investigation into Bowman's conduct despite ample evidence existing that he did so to postpone a vote on the floor. That follows on the heels of the DOJ also deciding not to press the issue, with no charge for obstructing an official proceeding even being entertained.

The Ethics Committee is split evenly between the parties, with five Republican and five Democrat members. While the vote breakdown isn't known, a logical assumption would be that all the Democrats voted not to investigate Bowman, causing a tie vote. A majority is required to move forward.

I'd say I'm astonished by this outcome, but I'd be lying. It was completely predictable that Democrats would circle the wagons and not let this get any further. That's something Republicans would never do because they are too hopelessly splintered as a party.

Political calculations aside, though, the idea that Bowman doesn't deserve congressional scrutiny after he literally committed a crime (and pleaded guilty to it) is objectively crazy. Why does the Ethics Committee even exist if it can't be counted on to take action in that scenario? Keep in mind, this is the same committee that has had ample proof that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez broke campaign finance laws and lied about it, yet has done nothing to advance the issue, much less come to a conclusion.

Once again, the machinations of the federal government prove to be impotent and worthless. They will never hold their own accountable because there is no incentive to do so. In this case, you have a guy who allegedly committed a felony by obstructing a congressional proceeding, and Congress itself is just shrugging. At the very least, where's the vote to censure Bowman for his conduct?

Perhaps there's a lesson here, though. A federal government that is this worthless and corrupt makes the case for its own reduction. Why would anyone want to give more power to these people? Bowman getting off scot-free is just another example of why Washington as an entity should be neutered, with control given back to state and local authorities.

President Donald Trump has blasted the “very corrupt” Department of Justice (DOJ) over the federal agency’s “selective prosecution” agenda.

Many, including Trump, strongly believe that the indictments he faces are part of an unfair, political prosecution via the weaponization of the justice system.

That belief was enhanced last week after it was revealed that Democrat President Joe Biden will not be charged by the DOJ.

Trump, meanwhile, who faces a similar classified documents investigation, is being persecuted by the same DOJ.

The British government is just as illegitimate as the US government now, overtly suppressing the rights of some while ignoring the crimes of others.

The people need to form their own legitimate government as a replacement for the usurpers in both countries.

Why? The article blames racism for the economic downfall, as in Whites would rather trash their standard of living than share with Blacks. It also promoted the lie that Dems were behind the civil rights act. The article clains that current economic decline is not Biden's fault, Biden is just trying to fix what the Repubs broke. Pull leftism BS all the way.

Obama Judge Denies Trump’s Motion to Subpoena ‘Missing’ Records from Democrats’ Jan 6 Committee

Obama-appointed Washington D.C. District Judge Tanya Chutkan has blocked President Donald Trump’s efforts to obtain “missing” records from the Democrats’ Jan. 6 House Select Committee.

In October, Trump’s attorneys filed a motion in his federal 2020 election case.

The motion sought the court’s permission to issue subpoenas for alleged “missing” materials and records obtained or produced by the now-disbanded Jan. 6 Committee.

However, Judge Chutkan just denied that request.

I really didn't think felony charges were gonna be pressed against Hunter.

This effectively bocks Hunter from the Congressional investigation. The investigations will now be performed by the same people who delayed investigation into Hunter's previous tax investigations until the Statute of Limitations made them moot, along with schemes to ignore gun felony charges. Also, no charges were filed in how Hunter got that money he did not pay taxes on since that would implicate Joe. These new felony charges are a defensive move that will protect Hunter from any serious punishment.

CNN reported late yesterday that, “Hunter Biden faces nine criminal charges in federal tax case | CNN Politics.”

The charges span nine tax-related counts, including failure to file and pay taxes; evasion of assessment; and false or fraudulent tax return. By 2018, someone paid his taxes, but used extensive “false business deductions in order to evade assessment of taxes to reduce the substantial tax liabilities he faced.”

There’s nothing in the indictment about Hunter’s obvious violations of the Foreign Agent Registration Act, which was deployed against General Mike Flynn over one phone call.

The tax indictment explained that “between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes.” That’s all pretty well-known. Maybe a few democrats don’t know yet.

But what was unstated in all these stories was that Hunter Biden, an high-priced, international expert on law, energy, and finance, never fully paid his income taxes on all that ill-begotten money. I know that probably shocks you.

Here is the closest that CNN got to mentioning, ahem, the ‘broader’ issues:

The new tax case stems from Hunter Biden’s lucrative overseas business dealings – including his involvement with Ukrainian energy company Burisma and a Chinese private equity fund – which are at the center of House Republicans’ impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.
Hunter Biden made millions of dollars from private equity deals, corporate consulting and legal fees in Ukraine, China, Romania and other countries. (Hunter) was warned about his looming tax bills by accountants and associates – but still missed the IRS deadlines.

CNN said Hunter could faces seventeen years in prison if he’s found guilty on all nine counts. I’ll believe that when I see it. My bet is: zero days of jail.

America's "justice" system does not apply to the criminals in charge or their families.

https://kunstler.com/clusterfuck-nation/the-new-national-pastime-blob-ball/

The blob ran a clever third down lawfare play deep in its own territory Thursday night, a sort of double-reverse statue of liberty counter-switcheroo in its game-plan to “save our democracy,” as it calls its agenda of suppressions, persecutions, swindles, bad trips, and mind-fucks laid on the sore-beset people of this land. Blob special prosecutor David C. Weiss finally managed to indict Hunter Biden on tax evasion charges so flagrant and obvious that all the ham sandwiches convicted for the Jan 6 “insurrection” watched in awe from their prison cells.

You understand, this was months after Mr. Weiss concocted a cream puff plea deal for the president’s beloved son that blew up embarrassingly in the Delaware federal court when Judge Maryellen Noreika discerned a lifetime get-out-of-jail-free clause buried deep in the document, at about the same time that two IRS whistleblowers revealed the malfeasant incompetence of Mr. Weiss’s initial five-year-long dawdling investigation that, oops, let the statute of limitations run out on many of the pending charges.

That fiasco was followed by Mr. Weiss and AG Merrick Garland contradicting each other in House testimony about who had investigative authority where in the federal court matrix. And finally, the tax evasion matters landed in the Biden-friendly Los Angeles federal district, where Hunter officially lives (when not hiding out in the Lincoln bedroom), emerging from a grand jury Thursday night as a bill for three felonies and six misdemeanors.

The indictment, a public document, contains some interesting particulars, such as Hunter attempting to write off as business expenses $683,212 in fees for the unspecified services of “various women” (much as the services rendered by Hunter’s Owasco PC shell company were never specified in million-dollar legal retainer agreements made with Chinese “clients”). The curious can consult the website https://bidenreport.com,/ a.k.a. “Marco Polo” for a photographic record of Hunter B’s sex trafficking capers, such as:

Of course, buried in this hairball of sleaze is another cute dodge that will permit Hunter to take a pass on his subpoenaed closed-door deposition scheduled for December 13th with Rep. James Comer’s House Oversight Committee on the grounds that he is under indictment and would only repeat his 5th Amendment rights ad infinitum. Smooth move, DOJ. While it confers a short-term field advantage to the DC blob, few will misunderstand that behind all of this procedural stagecraft is the somewhat greater matter of Hunter’s dad, President “Joe Biden,” being a paid agent of the Chinese Communist Party (and several other entities not favorably disposed to the USA’s national interests). That is: hanging over all this is the question of treason, attending the question of bribery, both being gold-standard impeachable offenses, and one them a capital crime.

That is the place to which all this rigmarole is tending, and so the pretense that “Joe Biden” is actually running for reelection grows more preposterous by the day. But it is just one of a thousand other things that the DC blob — i.e., our government — lies about incessantly to the peril of the people suffering its governance. What’s actually happening is that “Joe Biden,” our Flying Dutchman president, is barely clinging to office long enough to pardon his son and accomplices in the influence-peddling racket he ran at the center of which was “Joe Biden’s” strangely fortuitous blobular selection as Democratic Party nominee and subsequent “victory” by blatant fraud in the 2020 election. Some people knew the fix was in.

The pathetic thing about the Biden family business is that for all that trouble and all those jet plane rides, and tedious dinners with men reeking of too much cologne, and all the cozying up to foreign poohbahs and kissing their hirsute asses, shlepping the family brand from one sad-sack national capital to the next: Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Romania, the Biden clan only grossed about $25-million, maximum, over many years — which is to say about equal to one year’s salary-and-bonus of a mid-level shlub at the commodities desk of a hedge fund. I mean, when you consider the billions accumulated by the likes of Larry Fink at BlackRock, or Bezos at Amazon, or the obscene fortunes of the wonder boys at Google and Facebook.

Side note: Senator John Kennedy, usually witty and agile, had a go at FBI Director Christopher Wray this week in a Judiciary Committee session. Mr. Kennedy asked Mr. Wray how come, in the fall of 2020, with the election on, and The New York Post’s scoop on the existence of a Hunter Biden laptop, and the subsequent psy-op by 51 former intel maestros saying the laptop story was Russian disinfo — Mr. Kennedy asked, “Why didn’t the FBI just come out and say, hey, the laptop’s real?” Mr. Wray gave a bullshit answer of course… “an ongoing investigation, blah, blah….”

I have a better question that Senator Kennedy might put to Christopher Wray about this matter. In fact, the FBI had the Hunter Biden laptop hard-drive in its possession as early as December 2019, just as the first Trump impeachment trial commenced. Had they bothered at that time to examine its contents, and if not, why not? And if they had looked around inside and seen the multitudinous emails concerning Hunter Biden’s business dealings with other countries, Ukraine especially, and in particular with Mykola Zlochevsky’s Burisma company, why did Mr. Wray not alert President Trump’s attorneys that he was in possession of possibly exculpatory evidence regarding the president’s supposedly nefarious phone call to newly elected Ukraine President Zelensky that kicked off the impeachment? Huh? Just wondering.

IRS whistleblowers say investigation of Joe Biden as part of Hunter probe but weren't 'allowed' to

"In any normal investigation, if you see financial transactions between son and father, and email correspondence going back and forth, text messages, and WhatsApp messages, in every investigation we have ever worked on, we would follow those leads to the father."

On Tuesday, IRS whistleblowers testified in a closed session before the House Ways and Means Committee, revealing that they wanted to investigate Joe Biden as part of the investigation into Hunter Biden’s finances, but were prevented from doing so.
