GOP Rep Andy Ogles Introduces Impeachment Articles against Biden & Harris

Republican Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) has introduced articles of impeachment against Democrat President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Ogles accuses Biden of having “weaponized” the presidency to “shield the business and influence peddling schemes of his family from congressional oversight and public accountability,” and of acting in a “manner contrary to the public trust and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States”

He said: “Joe Biden hasn’t just failed the American people with his abysmal excuse for ‘leadership’ — he’s violated his sworn oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

“Joe Biden has repeatedly abused his position of power, both as vice president and president, to cover up his illicit family business dealings and exploitation of taxpayer resources.

“The American people know they can’t depend on the so-called ‘Department of Justice’ to investigate the Biden family’s corruption, and so it’s up to the U.S. Congress to hold him accountable once and for all.

“Biden is a disgrace to the Oval Office and should be stripped of his position and held responsible for his high crimes against the United States his accomplice Harris has demonstrated her extraordinary incompetence time and again.

“She has allowed the land invasion at our southern border to continue unchecked, threatening the livelihoods of millions and the lives of thousands who have been murdered at the hands of illegal aliens and died from illicit fentanyl.”

In her impeachment articles, Harris is accused of having “consistently refused to visit the southern border to ascertain the root causes of the ongoing crisis, aside from a single trip hundreds of miles away from the epicenter of the migrant crisis.”

“In permitting an invasion of illegal aliens and illicit drugs into the United States, as well as facilitating the extenuation of a major humanitarian crisis, Vice President Kamala Devi Harris has directly betrayed the public trust of the United States, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States,” the articles read.

Additionally, the articles also accuse Biden of withholding “a critical FD–1023 form until threatened with a congressional subpoena.”

FD–1023 is an FBI document that “reportedly details a bribery scheme in which members of the Biden family, including Joseph Robinette Biden, received $5,000,000 each to assist Burisma Holdings.”

Yesterday, Tennessee representative Andy Ogles introduced articles of impeachment against both Biden and Harris, which makes sense, because you don’t want to leave Kamala Harris in the White House by herself.

Representative Ogle explained “Joe Biden has repeatedly abused his position of power, both as vice president and president, to cover up his illicit family business dealings and exploitation of taxpayer resources.” As for Harris, Ogle explained that she showed “extraordinary incompetence in the execution of her duties and responsibilities and an indifference to Americans suffering as a result of America’s ongoing southern border crisis.”

Extraordinary incompetence might be understating the case. America has a president with the candy-coated diet of an unsupervised child and an extraordinarily incompetent vice-president. Terrific!

The most interesting allegations in Ogle’s Impeachment Articles were (1) that Biden received a million-dollar bribe from Chinese State Energy firm HK Limited, and (2) Burisma bribed Biden with $5,000,000, at least partially laundered through Hunter’s $50,000-a-month no-effort board seat. That second claim about Burisma is the same one related to the FBI form everyone’s fighting about, and which the Biden Administration is trying to smother in the crib with fake news pillows.

Fox’s article seemed to take a dim view of the impeachment effort’s prospects. But hey, news continues to develop. Who knows what kind of legs Ogle’s effort might ultimately grow? We will continue to observe its progress with great interest.

A Republican congressman has moved to impeach Democrat Vice President Kamala Harris for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduced articles of impeachment against Harris, citing her cover-up of Democrat President Joe Biden’s severely degraded mental and physical fitness.

In a statement, Ogles explained that he believes Harris “knowingly breached the public’s trust by failing to invoke the 25th Amendment after it became clear that Joe Biden was mentally and physically unfit to serve as president.”

He added that “immediate action must be taken.”

“Time and again, Kamala Harris has refused to uphold her oath to the U.S. Constitution, and she must be impeached,” Ogles said.

“Her breathtaking incompetence as Border Czar has allowed a crisis of drugs, rape, and murder to flood the streets of America.”

Ogles keeps trying. I hope he succeeds!

If he takes out Kamala, the Dems may run someone like ex astronaut Mark Kelly who will be harder to beat.

House only impeaches. It does not remove. The Dem-controlled Senate can only do that.
