The memo said that in the months after Kennedy's death, the KGB had come into "possession of data purporting to indicate that President Johnson was responsible for the assassination of the late President John F. Kennedy."
A different memo, this one from the CIA director of security to CIA headquarters, originally classified "Secret" and dated March 11, 1964, refers to a George M. Lesnik, a former KGB agent who was in Moscow on the day of the Kennedy assassination.

Who was the actual trigger man that fired the fatal head shot from the Grassy Knoll that killed JFK? (This seems highly plausible, given this man's record of being a professional hit man for the mob, the same mob that was working hand in hand with the CIA)

The only slight detail about this guy claiming he used a fireball rifle to administer the head shot is that he is STILL ALIVE, when hundreds of people surrounding the assassination and its investigation were methodically mysteriously prematurely dead or murdered/accidented.
That means that he is some level of disinformation and continues to do his job for favors and life. He may very well have been present and had a role, but all of his organized crime compadres that he mentions were long ago executed. So, why exactly is he alive to tell his story? He's kind of like a self confessed patsy come lately.

I don't think I would be surprised if they said at this point that the Queen of England was in the sewer opening under the road and took Kennedy out with a diamond studded scoped cane gun. At various times they said Jackie did it, the SS agent driving did it etc. etc. It is the usual Gordian Knot of branching disinformations designed to disguise the truth.
