I remember he graduated one of the most famous law schools in New York. He does commercials on his videos. He has 1,500,000 subscribers. There are commercials at the front of his videos too.

It took the pandemic, (and I didn’t see @jazz_music posting during that btw) but I finally see what drives the American political process.
It’s the same thing that drove Europe when our country was founded: the nobility. Hereditary landholders with hereditary titles were filthy rich before it was even fashionable to have a democracy. It threw them for a loop when the American colonies revolted, and they had to back off and let the people win. That was not an easy pill yo swallow, but they also had little invested over on this side of the pond so they cut their losses. America was allowed to develop by itself, with freedom as its first principle, and it became a worldwide marvel.
When America proved the strength of its power, not once but twice in the last century, the nobility (which had been busily conquering the world through colonialism) took notice and decided to try to control us for our military. This was easily done with the cooperation of the CIA, which went so far as to assassinate a President who wouldn’t commit our forces to fight for the French colony of Vietnam. JFK was shot, LBJ took over, and we went to defend the colonial efforts of the nobility in Vietnam.
From then on, we’ve been a secret vassal of the European nobility, a useful mean dog for them to sic on their enemies, all in the name of a war against communism.
And it’s a very effective pretext because:
1)communism as an economic system quite clearly doesn’t work. Even China abandoned it in 1992 for a more workable form of totalitarianism: fascism.
2)there is a century of horror stories about communist regimes. The body count is not small.

However, the one affront to their rule that has bothered the New Nobility the most was the nation they lost 106 years ago: Russia.
This was considered part of Europe for centuries, and interbreeding and land exchanges were common. Many European aristocrats had landholdings in Russia where they were entitled to incomes. This all changed in 1917 when the Bolsheviks slaughtered the Russian nobility and began a 80year communism experiment.
