More bad news for Maui’s fire response emerged yesterday in the form of a Hill story headlined, “Maui residents who disobeyed barricade survived fires: AP.”

The Hill reported on an AP story, which had reported that the smart people who disobeyed the barricaded road closures during the Maui fires survived, while many, if not most, of those who followed orders and turned around wound up dying horribly in their cars and homes, with no way out.

As of the time of publication yesterday, the official Maui death count is least 114 people killed. But the Hill added that the FBI is estimating that up to 1,100 more people remain “unaccounted for.”

Wait. What is the FBI doing there? Investigating crimes? What crimes? The Hill didn’t say.

Moving on, the AP interviewed residents who disobeyed the barricades, and who provided these harrowing accounts of lifesaving civil disobedience:

Nate Baird and Courtney Stapleton recounted their experience to the outlet, saying they loaded the car up with their two sons, Baird’s mother and one dog to escape the flames. When they turned south to escape Lahaina, they were met with cones and were told to turn back around to Lahaina, which was already burning.

But instead of turning around, they swerved past the cones and escaped to a neighboring town.

Kim Cuevas-Reyes said she survived with her two sons by ignoring orders to turn right onto Front Street, which has now been devastated by the fires. Instead, she turned left and drove in the wrong lane to escape the town.

“The gridlock would have left us there when the firestorm came,” Cuevas-Reyes, 38, told the AP. “I would have had to tell my children to jump into the ocean as well and be boiled alive by the flames or we would have just died from smoke inhalation and roasted in the car.”

Model Restoring State Sovereignty Through Nullification Act

More state lawmakers are becoming aware of the multi-front federal government biomedical attacks on states and the people who live in them.

The federal assault is being carried out under federal kill box laws, and also under state-level Model State Emergency Health Powers Act1 provisions, which should be repealed by each and every state legislature nationwide.

State lawmakers can also nullify unconstitutional federal laws and render those illegitimate federal laws unenforceable within their state borders.

Idaho state is a state that corporately values life including the unborn. This is not correct. The deep state is less centralized and a lower position than the executive branch. The alphabet agency bureaucrats are supervised by the executive branch, and paid by the Congress. They have no power except that which the central authorities have given them. The failure to reign in the deep state falls on Congress and the President, and even to some degree the Supreme Court which has allowed the deep state to make policy and enforce rules NOT authorized by Congress nor allowed by the Constitution. Furthermore the court has used previous court rulings as a basis for interpreting law rather than using the constitution and Congressional law as the foundation and lens through which laws should be viewed.

Essentially the deep state is the alphabet Bureaucracy agencies plus the so called justice system, plus the two major Political parties (that’s right Dems and Republicans ARE part of the deep state). They can be reigned in by appointing strict constitutionalists to the court, defunding agencies that overstep their bounds and by firing all the corrupt bureaucrats. Also, the leadership of the deep state loyalists in each party must be replaced by grass roots loyal America First Constitutionalists. It’s possible to be a liberal and a constitutionalist, but it is harder work to advocate for liberal policies when you have to adhere to the constitution.

Oh, the FDA has no longer has the legal obligation to supervise or verify the safe conduct of clinical trials which is why everything has been a lie. OK? The manufacturers, there's no legal obligation to verify manufacturing claims about manufacturing process, product purity, potency, adulteration, serialization, misbranding or mislabeling, which is why current good manufacturing processes are not followed. OK? It's, it's, it's known. They're not obligated to follow the CGMP. OK?

So, so and that'll be the way it is next time, too, when they come around with another one. So I would just say that we could stop it at the county level here and that would be a great thing to do.
