Re-establishing the Constitutional Republic from whence it went awry in 1871 and 1913 means that all illegal and unconstitutional government agencies that never had a right to be established in the first place will likely be reconfigured, eliminated or folded over into legitimate agencies if they serve essential functions outside of destroying and parasitizing the Republic.

We won't lose legitimate intelligence, it will simply no longer come from the Swiss Nazi SS Consortium known as the CIA or the domestic Gestapo organization known as the FBI.
