DeSantis is my #1 candidate in the primary. I am not a never-Trumper and will vote for Trump again over any Democrat if he ends up our nominee. I am just tired of losing.

Also, I would argue that Trump is already becoming more like Democrats with his Leftist attacks on DeSantis over COVID, Disney, Trannies, Bud-Light and Abortion. And let's not forget Trump's disastrous criminal reform policies emptying our prisons because he was trying to win over African Americans and his liberal Hollywood friends.

Unlike Trump, DeSantis is at least thinking strategically and telling his supporters we need to take advantage of the rules the Democrats put in place (early voting, ballot harvesting etc.) where it is legal if we can't change the laws before the next election.

We should be focused 100% on policy and fixing our voting systems over the next year - but we will be stuck with Trump and spending all of our campaign cash litigating all of his indictments as opposed to hiring more lawyers and election monitors to keep the Democrats honest.

How do you define winning?

I like some of what DeSantis does and says, but he is owned. In other words he is beholden to the donor class.
