That wonderful alternative news source, Breitbart, somehow has missed the blockbuster story the the FBI and the U S Department of Justice has officially ruled that Jeffrey Epstein did commit suicide, that Epstein was not involved in any political blackmail schemes and that (surprise, surprise) there is no
Epstein File List after all.

I'm sure Pam Blondi who had the Epstein list "sitting on her desk" back in Feb will resign in shame.
Yesterday, launching a social media firestorm, Axios ran the exclusive story headlined, “Exclusive: DOJ, FBI conclude Jeffrey Epstein had no ‘client list,’ committed suicide.” Case closed!
As I began my normal research, things immediately started getting weirder than downtown Portland. As of 4:51 am this morning, the DOJ website appeared to be down. (Update: it was still down as of 8:03 am.)
Axios claimed it had a leaked, unsigned, 1.5-page memo on DOJ letterhead titled “Final Draft E” which allegedly asserted that, after an “extensive review,” the Department concluded, and I am not making this up, “there were no clients." Just Epstein being a pervert. ...
The ‘memo’ is also weird. It kind of looks like an interagency summary, but it’s unsigned. It’s tone is weirdly casual for DOJ. There are no FOIA markings or classification stamps. No formal letterhead beyond DOJ/FBI logos. No Bates numbers or chain of custody disclosures for the video evidence. It reads more like a media talking points memo than a prosecution file summary.
Even weirder, Axios’s link to the DOJ video (hosted at justice.gov/video-files/video1.mp4) still resolves as of this writing, but the landing page’s context is gone. It’s just a bare link to the video without any title or explanation.
And the copy of the document that Axios linked in its article now produces nothing but error codes:
Needless to say, seemingly based only on the Axios “exclusive,” social media accepted it as true and promptly went berserk. Folks are already calling Bondi a sellout and demanding everyone involved be fired. After all, Bondi regularly and often claimed to have Epstein materials in her possession. Now this?? ...
Apart from Axios, corporate media didn’t touch the story with a ten-foot paddle. Not one word about it appeared in the Times, the WaPo, or the WSJ. Attorney General Pam Bondi’s official X account did not mention it. Nor did FBI Director Kash Patel’s. Nor did Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino’s. Nor did President Trump’s Truth Social refer to it anywhere.
The lack of corporate media coverage indicates either coordinated discretion —unlikely— or suspicion of inauthenticity. If the memo were real and cleared, they’d run it, even if only to attack or embarrass the Administration.
On the contrary, in February, Bondi clearly told Fox the Epstein client list was on her desk “right now:”

So many questions! What should we make of the Axios exclusive and all the social media hot takes? Why is the DOJ’s website down? Was the unsigned letter legit? Why was it clawed back? Is the video really evidence that proves anything, or is it just a random part of the Epstein file? Why didn’t Bondi comment? Your author does not know. Nobody does. Not yet.
At this point, as of 8 am-ish, what my lawyer’s eyes see is some kind of sloppy #Resistance team operation with some access to DOJ’s servers. It appears that DOJ’s top officials have unplugged the web server until they can determine the source of the leak or plant. (But— I’m only guessing.)
As always, I suggest that you avoid the hot takes and wait for the facts. This story is still developing, and is much more than it appears. The memo and video drop are not normal.
If Epstein’s irrefutably documented activities were not “conspiracy theories,” then why did pretend attorney general Pam Bondi claim she was in possession of his “client list” just a few months ago?
So was Bondi lying a few months ago, or is she lying now?
It is important to remember that Bondi was Florida’s AG when Epstein was given a sweetheart deal after being caught with underage girls, and was allowed to continue his operations with the blessings of the FBI.
So the question remains, why was Ghislaine Maxwell found guilty of child sex trafficking, and is still in a Federal penitentiary if there were no clients?
It seems that the “Johns” are once again being protected, and will be allowed to skate.
Before Kash Patel became FBI director and before Dan Bongino was selected as FBI deputy director, they were both vociferously claiming that there was no possible way Epstein could have committed suicide in prison…
What we are now witnessing is a Trump administration coverup in plain sight. Unless, of course, one is to believe the lone sex trafficker theory. And speaking of impossible “magic bullet” narratives, why has the Trump administration still not released the JFK, MLK and Diddy files that were promised to the American people many months ago?
And behind the proverbial Deep State lies another entity that recruited and handled Epstein and Maxwell:
And if Trump and his administration are not being blackmailed, then they certainly appreciate just how valuable the blackmail troves really are:

Just to recap the Mega Group and Epstein ties:
EPSTEIN WAS MOSSAD. THE EVIDENCE:
🇮🇱 Former Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe said Epstein ran a Mossad honeypot operation after being recruited by Ghislaine Maxwell.
🇮🇱 Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, Robert Maxwell, was a Mossad spy.
🇮🇱 Maxwell’s business partner was Charles Bronfman, a co-founder of the Mega Group.
🇮🇱 The Mega Group is an exclusive club of Jewish billionaires funding pro-Israel causes.
🇮🇱 Maria Farmer, the first victim to report Epstein, said his entire network was run by Jewish supremacists who racially abused her and that the operation was led by the Mega Group.
🇮🇱 One of its co-founders, Victoria’s Secret owner Les Wexner, gave Epstein his $77 million Manhattan townhouse—used as the hub of his blackmail ring.
🇮🇱 Wexner was Epstein’s only known client and the apparent source of his wealth.
🇮🇱 Epstein got his job at Bear Stearns in 1970 through Alan Greenberg, a Mega Group member, despite having no background beyond teaching.
🇮🇱 Mega Group member Ronald Lauder is president of the World Jewish Congress and a major donor to Netanyahu’s Likud party.
🇮🇱 Epstein’s lawyer and longtime friend, Alan Dershowitz, is a staunch Zionist, author of *The Case for Israel*, and was even considered to represent Israel at the ICJ.
🇮🇱 Epstein had multiple meetings with former Israeli PM Ehud Barak in his New York apartment.
🇮🇱 Epstein and Barak were business partners in a tech company—staffed entirely by ex-Israeli intelligence operatives.
🇮🇱 Barak says he was first introduced to Epstein by ex-Israeli PM Shimon Peres, who also gave the eulogy at Robert Maxwell’s funeral.
🇮🇱 Wexner’s foundation paid Barak $2 million in 2004 for undisclosed “research.” The pattern is undeniable: Epstein’s blackmail operation was an Israeli intelligence asset, backed by powerful Zionist figures with deep ties to the Israeli government.

They were NEVER going to release that list. NEVER.
“This is a total fucking disaster”
Congress must demand, and the Trump administration must provide, the Epstein Files and seek transparency and reform of the Intelligence Community ...
The strongest argument against the existence of a secret government run by the deep state was the re-election of Donald Trump in 2024. If agencies like the CIA, FBI, and Department of Homeland Security truly exercised covert and unchecked control over American politics, it is difficult to explain how their most outspoken critic, and avowed enemy, returned to power. Trump did not merely criticize the intelligence community; he ran on a platform promising its reform. He vowed to purge partisan operatives, dismantle what he called politically weaponized agencies, and hold officials accountable for a pattern of lawless interference. And despite his direct confrontation with the national security establishment, Trump defeated Kamala Harris decisively, winning 312 electoral votes and a narrow popular vote majority.
But now the Trump administration is attempting to sweep the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking scandal under the rug, with the Justice Department claiming that there is no client list and that no further disclosure is warranted, even though Attorney General Pam Bondi explicitly stated publicly that there were “tens of thousands of videos” which means the ability to identify the individuals involved in sex with minors, and that anyone in the Epstein files who tries to keep their name private has “no legal basis to do so.”
They could make a list of those guys, and then there would be an incriminating client list.
Kash Patel on why congress is blocking the release of the Epstein client list:
“Simple, because of who’s on that list—Put on your big boy pants and let us know who the pedophiles are.”
You say that the FBI has Epstein’s list. They’re sitting on it. That doesn’t seem like something you should do. You’re protecting the world’s foremost predator. That seems like an evil thing to do regardless of who may be embarrassed in the release of that list. Why is the FBI protecting the greatest pederist, the largest scale pederast in human history. Simple. Because of who’s on that list. You don’t think that Bill Gates is lobbying Congress night and day to prevent the disclosure of that list.
And why is it that the Senate, you know, and good for Senator Blackburn to try to get it out, but then Dick Turbin comes over the top and says, no, we’re not going to release the names. I don’t care about the list itself. But he released the names, right? What the hell are the House Republicans doing? They have the majority. You can’t get the list. You’re going to accept Dick Durbin’s word or whoever that guy is, as to who is on that list and who isn’t and that it can and can’t be released. Put on your big boy pants and let us know who the pedophiles are.
Donald Trump's pick for FBI director, Kash Patel, has advocated for the Jeffrey Epstein and the Sean "Diddy" Combs lists to be released, and has said the American public deserves to know all of the names on them.
The President-elect nominated Patel, an America-first advocate who has often spoken out against what he and Trump call the "deep state," to head the FBI on Sunday. Many people, including Elon Musk, who is running the advisory Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) have posted about Patel's previous calls for the Epstein and Diddy lists to be made public.
Patel has said he wants to expose what he sees corruption of the "deep state" and restore faith in Federal agencies by allowing full disclosure with the public, and the world is waiting to see how far he will go to achieve this.
An X account called "Has Kash Patel Released the Epstein List?" has been set up solely for the purpose of updating people on whether Patel has updated the Epstein list.

@RudyGiuliani
🚨 BREAKING NEWS: The Jeffrey Epstein Client List is now delayed until at least Jan. 22 after the court grants Jane Doe 107’s request for a 30-day extension claiming a "risk of physical harm in her country."
Yikes. It may never come out. Expect more of this.https://x.com/RudyGiuliani/status/1742380130486321587?s=20
Can't be Gislaine, she's in prison. Who? I'd say Kamala, but she's in DC.
