On Wednesday, ABC ran a story headlined, “Trump signs Laken Riley Act, setting up next phase of immigration crackdown.” You’ll recall this is the new law that requires illegal immigrants to be deported upon their first brush with the law, before things escalate.

That much is already good enough. But what was arguably even better, the new law authorizes states to sue whenever the federal government fails to enforce immigration laws, which will prevent another Bidenic Border Catastrophe.
