Here in @Patnet many stereotypes were mentioned about Indians. This Video breaks all the stereoTypes.

Many people here rather believe these lies against Indians.

Save a film on your iPhone so you can view it while on a plane. Something as trivial as that.

That IS trivial. I can download mp4s from emails and texts. I can also download Youtube instructional videos to play later. I can also rip a DVD on the PC and transfer that as an mp4 to the phone.

The IPhone makes you go through services outside of your network stripping you of all privacy.

Try using one of any number of apps that will allow you to download movies and TV shows from a variety of free sites.

You can't just save a file through your browser.

Never tried that using just Safari with no addons, but so what? Anyone wishing to download a film can use Apple TV or other apps. Complaining about not being able to use one particular method to download when a variety of easy methods are readily available is like complaining I cannot use the iPhone as a hammer. No one is concerned about lack of privacy when downloading a commercial movie, you just mentioned that because your argument about "not being able to do basic things on the iPhone" is weak.

How do you do it? Neither me not my brother could do it with Safari on an iPhone.

For me on an Android, I bring up the video, I have 3 little dots, and I click "download", and I have it. You know, like it is on every other fucking machine in the world.

It's called bit torrent. I was trying to give my brother a film to keep him occupied and a flight back, I don't watch television or films any more. I have no longer have any ability for suspension of disbelief.

You need an add on with Apple to do everything including basic functionality that is included with every other operating system, including experimental ones like BeOS and RiscOS which Apple doesn't have.

Using an Apple is not easier, it'a fucking pain in the ass. I could learn to use it, but why? Do I want to spend 2-3 times the price of a standard machine? It's a boutique item that people use because their dumb friends have convinced them "it's easier". No it's not. It's a frustratingly primitive operating system. If I took Linux, and broke a few dozen things, then it would be at the level of an Apple.

Imagine this situation, I want to give you a video, but in order to do it, I have to install all this bullshit on your phone. You comfortable with that? Apple makes sharing data and information a pain in the ass. I used to dump on Windows a lot - for example to enable remote desktop you have to change at least 2 settings, sometimes 3. Apple doesn't have remote desktop at all. Is this the goddamned dark ages?

If someone sends you a message that contains an mp4, just put your finger on the image area for a second or two, and a menu with the option to save will pop up. Same with an email that contains an mp4. This is just using the mail and message client that came with the iPhone. Downloading a YouTube video requires a special app, not just on an iPhone but on a PC as well, and I presume same on Linux. Transferring a ripped DVD movie from the PC is easy since when you connect the iPhone to the PC USB port, your computer just sees it as another drive.

True, if you are doing business apps. We were discussing the iPhone, not the Apple computers.

One of those steps should be going into the registry to change the RDP port number, both so you can put several distinct simultaneous remote clients on the NAT side (with one IP address), and for a smidge of security from port sniffers looking for 3389. Of course, this means you must also set a new rule in the firewall.
