just the fact that someone who likes a different candidate than her becomes her and her simp husband's enemy shows how hopeless the situation is. How can that ever be fixed?

All this week I’ve been goading him for an apology.

Today I woke up to this:

“Apology for what? Biden had a bad night but he can still keep it together.”

“Then why does your party want him to step down?”

“Byl, don’t be an ignoramus! It’s just politics. Biden is fine he just had a cold. As smart as you are you can be very stupid at times.”

I WENT OFF: “First of all, stop insulting my intelligence. 51 MILLION people saw Biden meltdown and freeze up on that stage. And a lot of us know what Alzheimer’s looks like. I’m sure you do too. Why can’t you just be honest for once?”

Then he sent me the article titled “To serve his country, Donald Trump should leave the race.”

ME: “Wow. I just thought you might wanna try to be a friend again and admit that I was right about Biden’s dementia. Sad to see you’re not big enough to admit when you’re wrong. It’s extremely obvious.”

No further comment, but this thing goes way beyond gaslighting.

Yesterday I unfortunately identified Dr. Karen “Karen” Pinder as a professor at the University of Cape Town who, before deleting her account, lamented that if Trump had been killed it would have been ‘glorious.’

But alert Cape Town readers were understandably annoyed, since Dr. Pinder actually infests the University of British Columbia in Vancouver:




The confusion arose because Karen got her Phd at Cape Town. She also did her post-doc at Johns Hopkins (unsurprisingly). Anyway, since you can no longer reach Karen on her now-deleted social media accounts, Karen’s email is karen.pinder@ubc.ca , and her number is (604) 822-1797. If you need those for any reason.

I apologize to Cape Towners for accidentally besmirching your city’s reputation. Hopefully, this cleared things up. I blame Karen.

Yeah. I am now waiting for Biden to give mortgage and rent forbearance to those registered Dems with a college degree who can prove they voted in 2020.

The Canadian Broadcasting Network ran an encouraging story yesterday headlined, “UBC looks into prof's social media posts after Trump shooting.” The story is getting a surprising amount of coverage in Canadian media, for reasons that will become obvious. The gist is that Dr. Pinder, who teaches fledgling doctors the Foundations of Medical Practice in the Department of Cellular and Physiological Services at the University of British Columbia, which is located somewhere in Canada, whose Prime Minister resembles a Cuban dictator, literally, is now under disciplinary ‘investigation’ at her school.




As a reminder, right after President Trump was shot, and right before she permanently deleted her ‘X’ account, showing an impressive lack of impulse control and judgment, Dr. Pinder tweeted, “Damn, so close. Too bad,” and “What a glorious day this could have been!” Dr. Pinder presumably expected to receive “liles” and digital high-fives from other liberal Canadians. But this article, as well as the others about Dr. Pinder’s posts, were packed with quotes condemning the tweets — very politely (it’s Canada, after all). ...

This particular Karen does not represent the gaggle of meddling, middle-aged women with over-high opinions of themselves. This Karen represents a massive contingent of pro-violence leftists, who are not “democratic” at all, but instead are peanut-brained armchair revolutionaries lacking the wit to extrapolate the obvious bitter consequences of their poorly-considered ideas.

Say what you like, but “Democracy” as a political ideology is generally antithetical to political violence. Political assassinations are the day-to-day tools of dictators and thugs, fascists, marxists, and anarchists. Not “democracy” lovers. People who really support democracy trust in voting and so-called “democratic institutions.”

So the left’s barely muted glee at Saturday’s shooting ironically betrays the lie inherent in their overwrought public fretting about “destroying democracy.” They don’t really care about democracy. Just power.
