Our buddy Benjamin Fulford seems to think that Biden Actors have plea dealed for reduced sentence to subvert their character as the joke we see for the entertainment of the masses. However, I can't see that happening without Obama ordering their deaths. Perhaps there is not enough time to train new Biden Actors and Obama is stuck.
