This video got completely demonetized. I find it funny that every major US cellular provider is allowed to monetize my personal location data without my consent, while I can't monetize my commentary reporting on it. God bless America!

They need anonymizing apps that generate and broadcast random places from your phone and computer where you are not actually located.

There was a German guy who would cart a bunch of phones around on a wagon in Berlin to fool Google maps into thinking there were traffic jams. Innovative!

Turn location off, and keep it off.

It's always on with every phone unfortunately. Going to settings and turning it off does nothing. It just shuts off app tracking. Call 911 and see what happens. Or have a seizure and wake up in an ambulance without ever calling 911.

If you have a phone with a touch screen or even old school phones your 100% trackable regardless of settings. If you want privacy don't own a phone. Not even a land line. Don't have internet. Rent. Pay everything in cash. Don't have a bank account. Don't have a car. Oh and make sure your parents didn't get you a social security number.

You're tracked from the word go. Patricks comment about the German guy is spot on. You're better off fucking with the data instead of worrying about it. You can't stop it.
