At his prime he couldn't be shut down, by anyone. 3) MJ - I never liked him even when acknowledging that he was the best athlete at the time. Would have hated to be his team mate. Gunner. Hyper competitive. Made the game all about him. Elevated by the NBA to fill the void left by Bird/Magic. If he took 50 shots a game he went to the foul line after 40 of them.
