Thought I'd ask since there seem to be several IT/coders here.

Some of you may remember that I own a real estate photographer/videography business. We have been using a company called Cubicasa to draw floor plans using iPhone Lidar technology. I am told that this is not leading edge tech and there is a lot of available code/support/apps(?) for customizing/improving how it can be used.

My question: what would be the likely investment to customize the floor plan output? Here are the specs...

a. produce a finished floor plan 6000x4000 in jpeg and png format 300 dpi.
b. display where the windows and doors (we need the correct door swings) are in the home.
c. automatically display room dimensions on the floor plan/jpeg.
d. calculate total square footage of the INTERIOR SPACES and display that information for the user
to see (not on the floor plan).
e. use black for the floor plan and white for the background.
f. allow the user (agent and photographer) to add labels to any space on the floor plan/jpeg.
g. allow the user (agent and photographer) to edit dimensions.
h. allow the user (agent and photographer) to edit font size.
i. the user would be able to walk up and down all levels of the
space and the app will create a different jpeg/png for each level.
j. when the floor plan is completed, allow the user to transfer the jpeg/png(s) to the floor plan
folder in their account on our website.
k. The floor plan needs to display different walls for inside and outside spaces.
