Who is this Nomograph retard?

Nomograph is not some bot or AI troll; he has been a member of Patrick.net since 2007 or so, during the housing bubble. Briefly, here are some of his beliefs:

- Nomograph is centrist with a Libertarian bent, essentially a classical Conservative.

- Nomograph believes that the world is a more peaceful and verdant place today than is has ever been during the history of civilization. Starvation and rampant disease has been essentially eliminated, and most people enjoy opportunities that our predecessors couldn't even imagine.

- He believes in preserving traditional American values: small government, strict separation of church and state, personal freedom, rule of law, checks and balances, free elections, free markets.

- He supports gay marriage as a personal freedom. People should be free to do as they please as long as long as it doesn't harm others. Men have been fucking other men since the dawn of time and will continue to do so. Nomograph believes that people who are afraid that men fucking other men will somehow put their marriage at risk need to develop deeper faith in their own ways and beliefs.

- Nomograph is a gun owner and believes in 2nd amendment rights to bear arms. At the same time, he also realizes that the Founding Fathers had no understanding of what the term "arms" would come to mean in the modern world: weapons freely available to anyone capable of killing huge numbers of people. Thus, there needs to be a reasoned approach to how we define this right.

- He believes in personal responsibility at the most radical level. He believes if you are unhappy, it is YOUR job to change YOURSELF. If you are a poor American, you have the opportunity to improve yourself and your situation and it is your responsibility to do so. The government is not responsible for your success, wealth, and happiness. It is up to you if your marriage succeeds or fails. It is up to you if your career succeeds or fails. It is up to you to raise your children with the beliefs and morals you find important. It is up to you to live a healthy lifestyle and eat proper foods.

- Nomograph believes that almost every single conspiracy theory is nonsense. People can successfully conspire only at the smallest scale, such as within a small group or business. Any conspiracy that involves more than three people will most likely be found out. A conspiracy of more than 10 would be essentially impossible to keep secret, and national or global conspiracies are simply not possible. Multigenerational conspiracies like chemtrails and geoengineering are laughably ridiculous, according to Nomograph.

- Since a national conspiracy is impossible, Nomograph understands that Trump lost the election. It is not possible to have such a large conspiracy, with so much scrutiny, and not have the entire thing completely fall apart. Remember that Trump couldn't even throw a note in the toilet in the privacy of the White House without it being found out. A national election conspiracy collapses under the weight of it's required complexity, as do all conspiracies.

- Nomograph is a veteran of foreign wars.

- Nomograph is a physician, scientist, and educator

- Nomograph is vigorously pro-education.

- Nomograph rides a Harley

- Nomograph thinks California is the best state to live in, because it offers the greatest personal freedom and natural beauty. He can also split lanes on his Harley in California, making traffic irrelevant. Many people are afraid of the personal freedoms that California embraces and find such freedoms threatening, but Nomograph minds his own business and takes comfort in knowing that his own personal freedoms are protected and embraced. He does not like the state income tax, but likes the very low property tax rate.

- Nomograph believes in reasonably open borders, free trade, and a free labor market. He believes that allowing migrant workers to come is good for all. He knows that most migrant workers would prefer to return home to their families after the season is over, but many stay rather than risk a dangerous border crossing yearly. Nomograph believes that reinstating the successful Bracero program would be the best possible solution.

- Nomograph believes that if a migrant worker steals your job, then you deserved to lose it. He thinks it is each individual's responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary skills to be competitive in the labor marketplace. He does not believe it is the government's responsibility to protect your job.

- Nomograph does not want Trump to be president because he does not stand for traditional American, Conservative, or Libertarian values. He promotes restriction of free markets. He does not support free labor markets. He supports large and intrusive government policies. He does not practice personal responsibility, but rather encourages a victim mentality and culture of blaming. He supports curtailing personal freedoms.

- Nomograph is not a smart man.

Did you take the jab? Do you believe that the vax was safe and effective?

If not Trump, are you voting for Harris? If so, why?

Not expecting cogent answers, Thanks for playing.

So you're a fag? Watch some South Park and you'll get it. Until then I wouldn't write that you're a Harley rider. They're losers.

Lol. How about minimum wage??? It incentivizes people to cross the border and make 3-4x's what they would in Mexico or Central America. Are you on drugs or something? Thinking people want open borders is bat shit crazy.

I was vaccinated with two boosters, but now that the virus has evolved to a less virulent state, I no longer feel the need. The vaccine was safe but only marginally effective due to rapid viral mutations. Billions of doses have been given with a very low rate of adverse events. You can read about the known side effects and rate of occurrence here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.html. If you wish to dismiss the medical and scientific findings and embrace non-medical and non-scientific discourse, that is up to you.

I got COVID once, in 2022, and it was nbd by that time. I knew quite a few people who died during COVID, most had co-morbidities.

Trump and Harris are the two options.

Trump does not stand for traditional American, Conservative, or Libertarian values. He promotes restriction of free markets. He does not support free labor markets. He supports large and intrusive government policies. He does not practice personal responsibility, but rather encourages a victim mentality and culture of blaming. He supports curtailing personal freedoms.

Harris is a better supporter of free markets, free labor, and less government intrusion into personal freedom. She practices personal responsibility and does not encourage a victim mentality or culture of blaming. She supports the expansion of personal freedoms.

My answer is perfectly reasoned and cogent. You may want to examine why you feel that anything you disagree with is not "cogent."

Nomograph does not encourage abortion. Nobody does. Nomograph also does not support intrusion of government into highly personal medical decisions.

Using hyperbolic language does not make for a cogent argument. Abortions are almost entirely conducted at the germinal and embryonic stage where a small cluster of cells are discharged by hormonal induction. If you want to make a cogent argument for government control reproduction, you are better off staying away from emotional and bombastic terminology.

The entire thing is backfiring for Republicans. They are losing popularity over this issue, and no longer can rally the base with it. Furthermore they have impeded those who wish to get pregnant by in-vitro fertilization. The law of unintended consequences.

Brilliant and well reasoned personal attack 😛. You may wish to examine why you feel the need to call someone who disagrees with you "a fag."

For the record, I also have owned several Triumphs, Ducatis, and a BMW. Variety is the spice of life, Wookie.

What about the genital mutilation your party supports under the name of "gender affirmation surgery"?

As a doctor, do you support this?

I flagged the "fag" comment btw. I think Patrick has a rule against personal attacks.

Why can't we all just get along? 😂

I've been riding on the street for 45 years, Mostly on Japanese sport bikes. I have friends who ride Harleys. They are not gay. I have ridden a few Harleys and they are a lot of fun on the straight highway, incredible torque. They get scary when the road gets twisty. It's just a whole different experience

No physician who swore the hippocratic oath supports the murder of unborn children unless the mother's health is in danger (and very rare other edge cases such as rape) and it's a toss up. Same for genital mutilation and medical hormonal malpractice onto those who cannot consent. It's trolling

Not a vaccine but a transfection reagent. The nanoparticles containing the mRNA spike sequence were not targeted, and have been shown to migrate out of the innoculation site. If they bleb onto a cell, that cell can become a target for an anti-spike immune response. There are a number of companies developing nanoparticles containing chimeric antigen receptor sequences for treating cancer. Not one is using non-targeted nanoparticles. Yes, they are delivered i.v., but still, only an insane person would take the risk of non-targeted transfection.

It was a reference to South Park the TV show. If you took it personally that's on you for some reason. Not at all personal referencing a TV show.

You fundamentally don't understand how this works. The immune response is toward the spike protein, not the mRNA that encodes the spike protein. mRNA is not protein, it is composed of nucleic acids. The mRNA itself is degraded by nuclease enzymes, not antibodies. There is no immune response towards mRNA itself.

If you believe strongly that the vaccine is deadly, you owe it to yourself to understand how mRNA vaccines work and what the potential sources of toxicity are. Otherwise your argument loses credibility.

I support personal freedom. If someone wants to mutilate their genitals, or get a tattoo, or a boob job, they should be 100% free to do so.

I really don't spend much time thinking about what other people do to their genitals. It's not my business and I have more pressing matters to deal with. It's just another fake issue.

I can't really ride sport bikes much anymore, the ergonomics are tough. Lately I enjoy doing weekend trips and occasionally longer, so my Harley is well suited for that. I do scrap peg pretty easily in the twisties though.

Sure, if they're 18 and over and the taxpayer isn't on the hook for their self mutilation. But even then an MD who swore the hippocratic oath should have concerns if it's bad for the patient's physical health. So you should vote Trump to prevent the pedophiles from mutilating kids who cannot consent.
