I used to work at a "newsstand" back in the day. It mostly sold porno mags. News and book shops would take periodical inventory every month where the unsold items were sent back as returns for unsold credit. The economy basically runs off men's sex drive then their paternity. Women's perogatives/behaviors are destroying both incentives.
