Sad I wasn't welcomed, but happy I wasn't suspected of being a bot.

The bots are real here at times unfortunately. Patrick hates google, I don't blame him. The weird lettering bot box to prove you're a human might help with that. I don't know those services though, I know google is the major one.
You are welcomed though. Semi moderator here, but I generally don't touch flagged comments. I am an ass hole though if you cross me ;) Joking aside, welcome. Some new regulars would be awesome. If you hang out I swear a lot. Just a warning. Maybe you've already been lurking and already know. I know some of the slightly or more religious users don't like it. They take it in stride... I think?
There was one guy I really wanted to /ignore though so I signed up.
Lol, that's great! Never occurred to me that someone would register just to be able to ignore another user.
And thank you for stealing memes! They are meant to be stolen.

Interactions are mostly, relatively, constructive (and not uncommonly informative, funny and entertaining).
I'd be interested to know how long the PatNet members lurked before registering (try before you buy period). I'll start - I think it was close to 10 years. Patrick you might be able to confirm this, but probably not, since I've had a major geographic change in the last 20 years - You'd have to have a really long IP history cached.

Let's all say hello when people register.
