The questions were classic gotcha attack on one candidate questions. Kamala's voice is an ear whooping. Listening to the whole debate was taxing.
It made Trump sound polished and Presidential in comparison.
So Trump just used his time to hit hard and keep driving the point on Biden/Kamala failures. Rather than trying to dignify those attack questions.

The biggest quality about Trump that nobody ever mentions, is Trump is trying to expose the Deep State without destroying the Republic.
There was a lot he could have said, in regards to addressing what everyone knows that doesn't follow cable network news. In things like the Spooks in the J6 crowds instigating everything. Or all of the Covid Skullduggery, more on the illegal voting scheme, and so on. He does bring them up, and scratches the surface.
