Just recently, Claire made the great Korean Kalbi Beef Wellington Medallion.

Basically, it's a blend of her Korean cooking hobby and some of the things I'd learned during my time making Rhode Island Calamari for friends. FYI, Claire is not ethnic Korean but a white Welsh woman who acknowledges that much of British cuisine is bland and decided to do something about it.

So I spent my time in making the mushroom duxelle (think mushroom paté) with the right blend of heavy cream, red wine, shallots, etc, and left it in the fridge for a couple of days to let all the flavors blend together. But she made the masterpiece which was prepping the Kalbi strips in a marinade of blended buttermilk, Korean pear, tamari, garlic, ginger, sweet cherry peppers, scotch bonnet, rosemary, peppercorn, rice vinegar, etc. With a single overnight preparation, those strips were seared for 20 secs per side and put into the puff pasty with a cooled mushroom paté. Anyways, what came out of the oven 40 minutes later was the greatest thing I'd ever eaten which could be construed as British cooking w/ a twist.

Anyways, we took it to London and gave a sample to the senior partner at her prop firm and it was a star, right off the bat. We were put in contact with a chef at one of the catering firms which host parties for the prop house & they'll be making Claire's special Wellington Medallions for our next gathering with other traders. I guess now, the firm can add 'food connoisseur' to their list of trader accomplishments.

So far, this is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Claire's into lesbian BDSM, kickboxing, algo trading, RealDoll threesomes, and now, international fusion cuisine. Well, it's only getting worse. Even though Claire's got a nice bump in her salary, she's not spending wildly.

Well, I know a professional who married a spend thrift gold digger. His former employer told me she had him pay for everything at the plastic surgery buffet and maintain three households (only one of which he owned) and cover the expenses and sports car of her son at the beach place. Thanks for looking out for me. For now, she isn't a spendthrift and thus, making her financially independent may help in discovering if that quality is nascent.

Well, it's been a dozen years since I'd an official GF and if a guy, on the average, has 5 to 7 potential GFs per year, then I've effectively avoided 60 to 90 of those whom I believe to be either gold diggers or clingy psycho types. With that stated, I believe that Claire is a 1 in 1000 ordinary woman but possibly, a 1 in a 100 lesbian where in effect, she's got similar inner qualities as a guy but with a vagina and thus, like me, is having a tough time finding the right woman.

Now that her firm has her on a fast track, I believe Sept-to-Oct's commission will be some ~9K Pound Sterling. Once she gets the balance increase, after 3 consistent quarters, that payout will turn into ~18K. And then, that can migrate to ~36K, etc. So in a relatively short period of time, she'll be a millionaire.

A quick update: I have been in a self imposed quiet period because I don't want to upset anyone in the final weeks leading up to the election; first-past-pole elections are like fighting wars: allies are worth their weight in gold even if not agreeing on everything.
