I saw this a while ago. Talk about culture shock. The black guy at the end looks like he wants to kill the Chinese boss. The Chinese boss doesn't realize that 'constructive criticism' isn't quite the same amongst these semi retarded workers. There is no bridge to acculturation.

I also saw it maybe two years ago. One amazing thing is the African guy who speaks Chinese. No one explains how he learned that.

The clip where the manager explains to the Chinese-speaking African why Africa is so backwards is spot-on.
