You have to know how to take care of your workers. My wife goes out and brings her crews lunches during the summer months (seasonal work). Shit like that matters. She's sales and makes way more money and they get bitter seeing her golf and drink every day.

If they're happy they're prone to do a better job. That's what Trump did with his real estate holdings. You can dislike his personality, but he knows the working man/woman.
