What do you suppose the ‘link’ is between DJT serving fries at McDonald’s this past weekend, epic troll of Harris - and now today, the CDC issuing an E Coli warning against McDonald’s Quarter Pounders across several western states, including a reported 1 death?

McDonald’s stock down -10% so far, after hours.

Post Covid, I trust the CDC about as far as I can spit. The conspiracy tendency in me thinks this is about new Google searches for ‘McDonald’s’ ensures this E. coli story hits the eyeballs of the uninformed first, instead of being presented w/ DJT serving up fries in a McDonald’s apron. And will this E Coli concern will ‘resolve’ as soon as the voting is over…?

The link is obvious…Biden-Harris demanded they speak out loudly about this outbreak. Dems doing what they always do. Trump was getting way too much traction from his McDonalds event, so they use CDC to attack. I wouldn’t put anything past them. CDC is corrupt and doesn’t care about our safety…which they proved in spades over their tyrannical covid protocols and mandates.

I've been through hell and back on my nutritional odyssey, starting from a near death experience and its aftermath. What I've learned:

1) The Standard American Diet (SAD) is poison. It's more than 50% GMO highly processed carbs and loaded with omega-6 inflammatory seed oils.
2) The real enemy of health is processed gluten-doped carbs and sugar.
3) God's gift to man is the meat and saturated fat of ruminants such as cattle, bison, deer, etc.
4) A healthy diet for humans is about 50% saturated fat, 20-30% protein, and the rest vegetables/tubers.

Mmmm, saturated fat.

You need sodium, but foods are too salty. McD's fries are over salted. Plus frozen. I like fresh and air fry at home. I avoid sugar outside of the occasional kids candy 1-2 times a month (one piece).

Got back from Mexico, I always forget how salty their food is. Most of the female employees are overweight where we were at. I'd eat a breakfast sausage and felt like I poured table salt into my mouth. The bacon is obscene to the point I won't eat it in Mexico anymore or most of the Caribbean. I think they just have shit tasting pork and have to salt it heavy.

Making a point, but I don't think most Americans realize how good our meat is. Not fast food, but farm fresh or frozen. It's why I love cooking. Used to go out to eat 2-3 times a week. Restaurant food sucks. Also, fried chicken sandwiches need to go away. Give me grilled. Could go on a rant forever on this.

RFK knows it's a political move and I don't think he much cares. I think he's libertarian. Eat what you want, but we need to better inform people that there's trash food you're putting in your mouth.
