I just voted in person. I filled out my mail-in ballot for Trump and any Republican options for fed, state, and local seats. Sometimes there are only two bad Dem choices and no write-in space, so I don't vote on those. Voted no on every bond or other increase in spending. All spending should be out of current revenue at all times. Government borrowing is just a way to force the public into eternal debt for the benefit of banks.

Then I put my ballot in the signed and dated envelope and dropped it in the bin next to the election official at the front of the polling line. Didn't go into a booth because the lines are long and I really don't like those Dominion fraud machines, especially after the documentation in KY that they switch votes away from Trump to Kamala. Maybe they'll just erase my vote when another machine scans my paper ballot, but at least I tried.

What's not factored in is how many Dems voted for Trump. I'd guess the ratio is higher than R's voting for Kamala. That and the no affiliation is the category I'd fit in with. Voted D for my House Rep and for Trump. Outside of shit like Coroner or some county board member I have no clue who they are, I really don't go straight party line.

I want a red wave, but when you know your House Rep. you kind of have to vote for her. She's actually pretty good and not LGBT or pronoun politician. She's smart and doesn't get sucked into that shit. Our district isn't gay so she doesn't have to pander to that crowd. She's a female black in a district of white hillbilly's. She's really a black independent, but you have to say your party for a House seat to really get elected. Younger than me. Smart staff.

If the Dems were smart she would be in the bullpen for POTUS 2028. I wouldn't vote for her then, but she's got massive potential if we're talking the political game. Lauren Underwood. Black and female. Checks all the Dem boxes. It's also IL. Obama 2.0 but female.
