OK, I exaggerated, but only a little. Vermont and Rhode Island require photo ID. But they are pretty insignificant.

States Kamala won:

California - actually ILLEGAL to ask voters for any form of ID at all
Colorado - no photo ID required
Connecticut - no photo ID required
Delaware - no photo ID required
Hawaii - no ID of any kind required
Illinois - no ID of any kind required
Maine - no ID of any kind required
Maryland - no ID of any kind required
Massachusetts - no ID of any kind required
Minnesota - no ID of any kind required
New Hampshire - no ID of any kind required
New Jersey - no ID of any kind required
New Mexico - no ID of any kind required
New York - no ID of any kind required
Oregon - no ID of any kind required
Rhode Island - requires photo ID
Vermont - requires photo ID
Virginia - no photo ID required
Washington - no ID of any kind required

Laws by state:

Democrats were obviously taking advantage of the invitation to voter fraud in most of those states. The only reason that they do not require ID like most places on earth is to facilitate fraud.

Which states actually require proof of US citizenship to vote? I think only Arizona so far.

It should be a priority to fix our horribly corrupt Democrat-designed electoral system: photo ID, proof of citizenship, paper ballots only, no machines of any kind ever, recounting by members of all parties, holding on to ballots until at least the next election cycle, etc.
