He'll get his swath of land down to Crimea and not rely on a singular bridge. That's all he wanted. He'll get it and we can stop wasting money on this shit. They'll still fight with minor skirmishes, but I don't see this going much longer. This isn't 1918. If Putin agrees to not push further westward it's over. He has over water and a land bridge at that point. Most of the area is destroyed anyway.

Consolidate Ukrainians that want to be in Ukraine and let Russia deal with the rebuilding of it. I'm sure it will be a real pleasant place to live.

Odessa or bust! A negotiated settlement over some Russian political influence in Odessa has been held out as a main negotiating plum. Without Odessa, what remains of Ukraine becomes landlocked. A little Odessa is better than no Odessa.

All Zelensky has to do is:

1) Sign a binding Treaty keeping Ukey Nazi Reich a permanent neutral nation, like Austria is.

2) Agree as part of that the stationing of Russian observer bases in Ukraine along NATO's border.

3) Agree that the eastern, Russian Ukraine oblasts already annexed by Russia as a done deal.

I doubt Putin would be able to wiggle out of at least talking about that. Even by Russian propaganda standards.

Otherwise the war continues with Kiev's collapse, despite whatever @socal2 and others here try to spin otherwise
