I don't have a problem with foreign flags. If they're displayed correctly. Neighbor is Puerto Rican and his main flag is US. He has a smaller Puerto Rican flag lower. He's not illegal obviously, but he shows respect to the country. He still loves the territory he came from. I respect his respect for both.

If you're an illegal with a Mexican flag or some other country, go to hell. Honestly the same thing with overzealous MAGA people that have Trump flags before American flags. Hang the Trump flags in your garage or something when it's not election season. I like Trump mostly, but I'm not putting it out there. We're a Trump town but I don't care that much. The ratings are trash. It's hate watching and advertisers hate that because people won't buy the product or service they paid money for in that time slot. It's actually a net negative for an advertiser and they likely lose business. Basically I'm only watching because these idiots say clip worthy bull shit and I'm not using your product anymore. Boom, your ad actually LOST you business.

I haven't seen anything either, but both of them are trash. Nothing needs to be announced, you just don't give them a new contract. A month from whenever the contracts end is when you'll hear about it. It's not like sports when you know how long someone is signed for. There could be terms linked to ratings as well that could accelerate letting them go as well.

Get laid off. People sit on unemployment for years. Intentionally hurt yourself the last day on the job and get disability. It's not hard. I wouldn't do 8 months. I don't agree with the tactics I mention. It's what's going to happen.
