Those current videos of LA having reasonable traffic seem to show the extent of the illegal reconquistas. There were reports of people ten miles from work having over hour commutes before, now easier driving.

Santa Cruz also seems to be breathing a bit more free. The schools were majority illegals, and that slacked off a few months ago. They even dropped the school crossing guards at the intersections. The illegals were growth industry for the CA Teacher's Union.

Their best option is to take Trump's offer, go back wherever they came from, then be in the front of the line to apply for re-entry legally with legal triage. So many never bothered because they didn't have to.

School's out except for summer school at the high schools. Ppl go on vacation. Esp from 4th of July to August. Parents are not driving their little emperors to school now. Mexicans are not the bulk of illegals and haven't been for 15 years or more now. Mexican women stopped having 4+ kids circa 2000 and conditions have improved there. That's why the ones on the news that ICE arrests are those who have been in the country 25+ years.

Wait until September to see if this sticks or not. Has the rental market crashed? No? If that many ppl have left instead of the above factors, then we would be seeing in news about an absolute crash in the rental market sometime after Aug 1.

Treating contested political goals like globalization and multiculturalism as absolute values is no way to run a society. It polarizes the population into irreconcilable camps, which makes democratic governance impossible, and it turns globalization and multiculturalism into Molochs, before which all other social values must be immolated. Political wisdom does not pursue goals heedless of costs and consequences. Political wisdom is knowing when enough is enough.

The reckless pursuit of multiculturalism and globalization has led to a predictable backlash: the rise of national populism and the destabilization of the post-World War II political establishment.

The Homeland Institute challenges the established consensus on multiculturalism and globalization. We focus on (1) the destruction of distinct nations and communities by multiculturalism and replacement migration, now known as the Great Replacement, and (2) the collapse of First World living standards and technological dynamism due to the quest for cheap labor—either by importing immigrants to undercut domestic wages or by exporting production to the Third World.
