Will we see any real justice for the manifold crimes committed by the government against the people these last few years?

If Joe's pardon of his bribe-mule son Hunter is any indication, probably not. We will just continue with massive injustice. But who knows, even though Trump is complicit in the worst crime against humanity ever, the mRNA death jabs, he might prosecute some of the less obvious crimes of the Deep State and the Biden Crime Family.

You have whole C-suites of agencies teed-up on RussiaGate for felonies, misprision of felonies, abuse of power, deprivation of rights, lying under oath, conspiracy to commit fraud, and much more. You have Judge James Boasberg playing games in the FISA Court he presided over; Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann running a two-and-a-half-year Chinese fire drill to cover-up years preceding of FBI / DOJ misconduct; John Brennan, James Clapper, and Gina Haspel abusing the “Five Eyes” intel arrangements to turn the CIA on innocent citizens at home; the fifty-one current and former intel agents colluding to bury Hunter’s Laptop to sway the 2020 election; the antics of Judge Emmet Sullivan in the Flynn case. . . .

And then on to a whole new round of frolics under “Joe Biden” including the malicious prosecutions of J-6 protesters; the pipe-bomb caper at the DNC; the use of several agencies to censor speech and manage the news media; the treasonous negligence of Alejandro Mayorkas on the nation’s borders; the DOJ-coordinated lawfare hounding of Mr. Trump and his adjacent lawyers; the Ukraine War project ginned up by the State Department’s Victoria Nuland and cohorts; and the sinkhole of greed, malice, and medical homicide that was the Covid-19 operation, millions killed and disabled, and likely more of that yet to come from the vaccines, trillions in wealth purloined or just plain lost, and businesses destroyed in lockdowns. It’s not a mere “swamp,” it’s a whole forbidden planet of turpitude. ...

Add William Barr to that list for failing to reveal that he was in possession of Hunter’s laptop as early as the fall of 2019. Of course, it was crammed with exculpatory evidence that could have ended impeachment No. 1 on day one of the initial hearings, yet he never alerted President’s lawyers to its existence. Weird, a little bit. And also, for the effrontery of allowing Jeffrey Epstein to be killed in his Manhattan jail, and never offering the public a coherent account of how the cameras on the cellblock failed, or why the guards who fell asleep on-duty were disciplined with only 100 hours of “community service.”

My Gawd, they must be eating Xanax like tic-tacs in their drawing rooms and boudoirs as the name Kash Patel floats across their social media screens. Kash Patel, a real-live exterminating angel, will finally step in to the FBI Director’s office and turn the investigative powers of the FBI on. . . the FBI! And its parent, the DOJ. The poetic justice is sublime. You must wonder: how does Mr. Patel get through the RINO-infested Senate confirmation process? Start with: what have they got on him? Answer: probably not a goshdarn thing, not a hair out of place. ...

Do you see now, also, why Hunter pled guilty to those tax charges in the LA federal court? I’ll tell you why: because in a trial all the mechanisms of the money transfers through a myriad of bank accounts would have been disclosed. And the money trail leads from the multiple accounts of Hunter’s Rosemont Seneca operation to the personal bank accounts of Biden family members, brother Jim and wife Sara, possibly Hunter’s half-sister Ashley, and, of course, “the Big Guy.” Where are their pardons? And where is “Joe Biden’s” pardon for Joe Biden?

There will never be absolute justice in any meaningful sense because the wheels of evil are too ancient, too inculcated and too finely tuned. The best we can expect is enough putsch and guillotines to weed the gardens of State for a while, followed by vigilance and renewed commitments to guard rails.

However, there may be quite a raft of assassinations of various bloodline types. You can sometimes tell when a cog has been pulled by the failure of that cog's amplification effect, as with the DEI subversive and demoralization stuff biting the dust seemingly overnight with the customary mentally ill wailing and gnashing of teeth.

The more Trump attack, the more TDS. Let them walk away silently with no voice in any matters. The Dems are crumbling. A super majority in Congress is not past the realm of possibility in Congress in 2026. They already needed to be reforming it 2 years ago. Clinton and Obama are bums. They pushed the party to this place. 2032 is their next best chance if they can reboot.

I don't think there are enough cells in the Federal prison system, let alone the number of judges needed to adjudicate the crimes of the deep state apparatchiks. It's going to take the better part of 10 years. Let's hope for Trump -> Vance -> Vance to leech the rot and poison.

Joe (or his handlers) had to pardon Hunter. There are a lot of hands in the Burisma cookie jar alone that would get burned if an honest DOJ decided to pursue the truth. Wasn't it Pelosi and Kerry that had family who were also involved in that affair?

The corruption is so bad, that if completely exposed, would probably take down the entire government.

The DNC fired 2/3rd of their staff. I think they just left and weren't fired. DNC is a dumpster fire that is just starting. Missing Joe. Drunk Kamala. Pardons that said wouldn't be done. Pretty influential Dems shifting to the right, not republican necessarily, but independent right leaning as the goal posts are moved.

Congressional leadership that is pure trash in Pelosi and Schumer along with a bunch of others. Still floating Newsom that won't have a chance in any swing state. Then crossing Musk with two faced EV plans. Why would you do that if you have POTUS aspirations? Word is Hillary is testing the waters again. And Kamala might run again. The Dems right now are the turd you thought was a snickers and rubbed it in your face if you're a hardcore Dem.

Joe didn't just pardon Hunter; he also pardoned himself.
Joe and Hunter are guilty of corruption and influence peddling, and the investigation would have gone through Hunter and gotten to Joe.

The meme works, but why did he decide to live in a city? In any city YOU will be convicted of a crime 100% of the time if you do the right thing. Even a suburb of 50-100k people is shit. Fact is he looks like a tall/strong dude, knock the fucker out? He had time for a choke so the guy didn't have good defense.

Sure your hand is gonna hurt, but the situation is immediately descaled instead of choking him out, even in a safe manner for probably 20-30 seconds at least. A knockout will eventually make you retarded if it happens a lot, but a choke out is risky.

And no I'm not saying he should be guilty. I'm just saying a one punch hammer in this case would have been better. Walk away and no one notices. Not joking, my former BIL would just punch bums that haggled him or my sister. No delay. You're getting put on your ass. Minimal risk of death.

And yes, punches kill people, but a choke out is a bigger risk. In MMA most those guys are in top shape. This was likely an out of shape loser. A punch would have been better is all.

Should Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson Be in Jail for Trying to Frame Trump for 'Insurrection'?

Should Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson be in prison for trying to frame Donald Trump for a crime he didn’t commit? Of course, they should. It will never happen, as their defenders will deflect any attempt to bring them to justice for their partisan witch hunt by claiming that holding them accountable is the real partisan witch hunt. Nevertheless, they’ve committed an enormous crime, and Donald Trump just called them out for it.

In a Friday release, Tulsi said she has forwarded to the Justice Department documentation alleging Obama & his cohorts tried to mount a coup against President Trump through various illegal means. She wants them investigated further, charges brought and for them to be punished.

In that sense, the documents they obtained from Epstein’s magnum opus are extremely valuable. The disappointing aspect of this whole story was the way Trump went about breaking his promise, resorting to insulting deception and obfuscation. As far as justice goes, both for Epstein’s clients and for their victims, it was never a likely outcome, even if all the files were released.

The illusory justice in a two-tier system
To begin with, we have a two-tiered justice system in the West: if you are an insider, the justice system tends to be lenient and you have a good chance to walk free, no matter your offense. But if you are an ordinary person, you could face years in jail even for minor offences. Often, you don’t even need to be proven guilty: suspects are routinely pressured into plea-deals that still come with stiff prison sentences.

Jeffrey Epstein and his clients were all insiders. In 2021, Virginia Guiffre (Roberts) sought justice against her abuser and Epstein’s loyal friend Prince Andrew. After more than two years of legal proceedings, the case was settled out of court without a guilty verdict. Today, Prince Andrew is a free man, and Ms. Guiffre is dead.

This is what goes on in India all the time. There are absolutely no firm property claims, and might/$$$ makes right.

Why are most places in India shitholes? Anything that is built up and made nice is appropriated.

To be fair, this is true is most of the world - Africa (big time), the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, South and Central America, and now, Canada.

Which is why I laugh at Indians bitching on X about just that very aspect going on in the trade 'negotiations'. Such fucking hypocrites.

Mexico is the same way as far as American citizens' property rights are concerned. Which makes what is happening in Canada extraordinary.

We’ll start in Florida, where yesterday, State AG James Uthmeier announced opening a Sunshine State investigation into former Biden officials.

Also yesterday, the New York Post ran a related story headlined, “FBI ‘Arctic Frost’ probe targeted nearly 100 GOP groups — including Charlie Kirk’s TPUSA.”

Yesterday, in the Senate Judiciary Committee oversight hearing, Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) published major new evidence of Biden’s weaponization of government against conservatives. The top line announcement is that Biden’s FBI was actively investigating Charlie Kirk and Turning Point, USA for election interference prosecution. But Biden’s sewer runs much deeper.

In April, 2022, Biden’s DOJ secretly started an operation code-named “Arctic Frost.” At first, it was tasked to investigate President Trump for election interference crimes. In November 2022, special prosecutor Jack Smith was appointed to lead the operation. It was described in FBI documents as “a joint investigation between FBI, DOJ Office of Inspector General (OIG), U.S. Postal Service, and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).”

According to reams and documents, whistleblower testimony, and surreptitious recordings of other FBI officials made by the whistleblowers, the investigation ultiamtely metastasized into a vast, wide-ranging snowball of at least ninety-two Republican-aligned groups and persons, including organizations like the Republican National Committee, the Republican Attorneys General Association, Turning Point USA (and Charlie Kirk), and Trump’s legal and political allies like Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell.

The documents show (so far) that as of January 2023, Biden’s FBI had already conducted over 200 interviews, served a blizzard of 400+ subpoenas, including cell phone and banking records, searched 200+ email/social media accounts, seized 10 phones and 28 other “electronic devices,” and otherwise were on an investigatory spree unmatched since the FBI went to war with Al Capone.

But this time, instead of the mob, the FBI went to war against the entire Republican party.

The bare subpoena numbers mask the historic scope. Just one of the subpoenas, for example, demanded Twitter turn over “all lists of Twitter users who have favorited, retweeted, mentioned, or replied to tweets posted by” President Trump’s account. I’m pretty sure everyone reading this post was on Biden’s list.

If these allegations hold up, they will represent one of the most consequential governmental abuses in modern U.S. history, fundamentally threatening the credibility and neutrality of American law enforcement and the right to political dissent. The gravity is similar in scale to historic scandals such as Watergate or COINTELPRO, but on an even wider, modern scale. ...

Just as Fulton County AG Willis based her case on alleged harms to the people of Georgia— AG Uthmeier may now be focusing on harms to Florida-based organizations like TPUSA chapters. Because state charges —such as any based on RICO or violations of Florida’s civil rights laws— stand separate from federal claims, they stand alone.

Presidential pardons do not erase state law crimes. And Florida’s RICO statute is, in many ways, broader and easier to prove than the federal version. It is often called one of the nation’s broadest RICO statutes, and it applies not just to traditional organized crime, but also explicitly applies to official corruption and conceivably to large-scale conspiracies involving misuse of governmental authority. ...

Since Democrats pioneered the precedent during the Trump lawfare period, nothing now prevents other Red State (or even county) Attorneys General from bringing similar charges against the same Biden officials, who may soon find themselves facing prosecution in multiple states and courts, just like President Trump did. They can’t even argue it isn’t “fair.” No one is above the law, remember?

Here’s the most promising part: the only reason AG Uthmeier is able to even consider these investigations and potential criminal prosecutions is because he is receiving reams of declassified documents from the Senate Judiciary Committee. There’s no realistic way Uthmeier could ever have gotten that evidence on his own. A Biden or Harris FBI would have simply refused to turn it over.

Recall also that, thanks to Democrat lawfare, the Supreme Court recently redefined presidential immunity —when and how presidents can be prosecuted for crimes— thereby ending the unstated, 250-year-old gentlemen’s agreement protecting all previous presidents from any prosecution at all. It is easy to imagine that SCOTUS will also quickly and definitively curtail the scope of “qualified immunity”— another murky and ill-defined doctrine that shields rank-and-file federal employees from criminal prosecution.

Can you imagine how breathtakingly big this could get? The Democrats already face a raging blizzard of scandals, from RussiaGate to January 6th to (probably) Epstein to now what may be their biggest political problem yet. It’s becoming hard to track them all. If this Arctic snowball keeps rolling, it won’t just be big— it could avalanche into one of the greatest reckonings in American political history.

If Operation Arctic Frost is proven to be real, systemic, and aimed at criminalizing mainstream political dissent, the Democrats could find themselves staring into a political ice age.
