Covid and the writers strike killed them. I bet ratings for the Golden Globes, Oscars, etc with will at the lowest of lows in history.
Shit, even music sucks ass now. Starting to play drums again and NONE off what we play is modern. 55-60 year old guys I'm playing with. I'm the baby at 41, but no one plays drums anymore. They have some unique tastes in songs, but I'm willing to learn. I just want to play even though my shoulder is fucked. I'll battle through.
I feel like I'm in a dying generation of music. It's all producers and no talent. In the box. No real singing. Drums can be matched to the metronome with a click. I miss more raw music.
