I never agreed with rich wicks as it alway went back to the same talking points, I Iraq and WMD being one. I'm just saying I scroll past every meme/screenshot on the site posted unless it's an obvious original or photos. Onvacation does it with his sailboat which I like. I just like reading original content. Also searchable. Memes aren't which I think is part of my point.

I only bring it up because I think a lot of others are like me. I'll watch videos, but a picture with words on with recycled images that have been used thousands if not millions of times is not funny or crafty. 30% of the area will move out to a different state and default. It's not a big deal if you protected your assets. As long as I'm up to date with IRS I could stop paying on everything tomorrow. My home and retirement funds are all protected. If I pay on my house no one can touch it.

You'll get a bunch of bull shit calls from people that paid your debt off and try to scare you, collectors. Don't sign for any certified mail EVER, even if you are up to date on everything. They can send a regular letter. Answer with hello, never say yes or your name on a phone call.

I don't even answer the phone from people I know half the time. I have no clue what techniques they have now where they can manipulate phone numbers that are in your contacts. I've gotten most my buddies to call with "what's up t-bone" or "Toe-mas" (phonetically). That way I know you're real.

Never get into debt and bail, but there are a lot of strategies unless you run a business where you need to answer the phone. That's where they got you by the balls.
