Apparently mass J6 release and immediate deportations are planned.

He is taking away the security clearance of those 51 CIA shills who said Hunter Biden's computer was a fraud.

I'm just glad he moved it indoors. There's really no reason for it to ever be outside. I mean they do State of the Union in Congress every year. They're just starting to get the cold we have here in IL. It's brutal out. Plus security concerns.

He really has already been presiding over the country for a month. He just can't do executive orders. His half time break from POTUS may end up being a good thing.
3   clambo   2025 Jan 20, 7:57am

I'm so happy Trump is back in charge, and will kick some losers' asses.
4   MolotovCocktail   2025 Jan 20, 8:02am

Biden robosigner just issued a slew of new pardons. Including for Fauci and Cheney.

And like a herpes flare, #TDS is all over social media.

Still doesn't change the fact...

5   MolotovCocktail   2025 Jan 20, 8:04am

And since it is MLK Day:

6   Maga_Chaos_Monkey   2025 Jan 20, 8:28am

I heard a rumor it was to be moved again from the Rotunda to the White House but I guess that was BS.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Bill Clinton seems genuinely in awe at the spectacle, very appreciative that Trump won in spite of his political persecution.

In reflection of Bill Clinton, I think he wanted to be one of those Presidents that History remembered fondly. His huge mistake was taking Hillary along for the ride. I think had Bill Clinton not had Hillary in the White House, or at least didn't give her roles, and helped boost her post first lady career in politics. His term would have turned out differently. I think the only thing that History would have had on him, is that he was a diddle'er and his Lewinsky transgression.

The worst part of his administration didn't come apparent until the tech crash, and the grifting class in the RE bubble came on the scene. But I think it was HIllary that laid the ground work for all of that, more so than Bill. Bill couldn't ever tell her no, and she destroyed his legacy. It was the Liberal press that went after him and exposed the Lewinsky affair.

He appears to be gloating that Trump beat them all.

Jill seems astatic but for other personal reasons.

I'm just saying out of all of the Lefty politcos there they are the only ones that don't seem gloom and somber.
8   Tenpoundbass   2025 Jan 20, 8:39am

Jill lit up with a great big smile when Kamala was announced. What a smirk.
10   zzyzzx   2025 Jan 20, 9:22am

The speech slamming Biden / Harris with them in the room is priceless.

BTW, Vivek was kicked off DOGE over the weekend. They are making PR bullshit about it being so he can focus on the Ohio Senate race. But it's really over his fuck up with his statements about white Americans & H1B. His Deplorable Moment.

...how Vivek will be able to run in Ohio after that fiasco I don't know.

Actually, he can't claim the 5th if called in, now.
24   Patrick   2025 Jan 20, 9:52am

There is no rule of law now, so the 5th Amendment doesn't matter. There is only mass murder for profit and the protection of mass murderers by the veneer of rule of law.
25   Patrick   2025 Jan 20, 9:53am

Say, Fauci can still be hanged under international law for his crimes against humanity.
26   Maga_Chaos_Monkey   2025 Jan 20, 9:57am

This event needs a better sound track.

Murder and conspiracy to commit are State crimes. Any State AG can bring charges.
28   Patrick   2025 Jan 20, 10:00am

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Huh, "Offences against the United States".

There is no federal law against murder, so maybe Fauci's mass murder by virus and vaxx are also subject to state prosecution.
29   Patrick   2025 Jan 20, 10:01am

It also seems like an abuse of power to pre-emptively pardon people for no specific crime. Did the Supreme Court ever weigh in on that?

I don't think so and I have my fingers crossed on this one.

new crimes are still punishable.

lying to congress is a crime.

so, subpoena folks to testify in congress.

ask them to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about the events of the last 4 years.

they cannot be prosecuted for that which they did wrong in the past, so legalistically, they have nothing to fear except committing some new offense and they CAN be prosecuted if they are found to be lying to congress now and perhaps for a variety of other interesting things related to continuing to commit or hide the fraud of others. conspiracy, RICO, who knows, i’m sure some clever boots can find something. ...

brandon may have just created the ultimate “spill the beans” incentive structure.

someone should press hard to use it.
32   Patrick   2025 Jan 20, 10:21am

perhaps the other key question is "who really did all this pardoning?"

This. I wouldn't charge murder though. Manslaughter I suppose. He'd be locked up and broke in 6 months if 10-20 states came after him.

Given he was pardoned on federal crimes he's already dispersing the money to family and friends so it can't be touched. His life would be over though. Problem is states could have done this already and haven't. I don't think there's any urge to. So as usual with this topic I don't see it going anywhere.

Bill Gates Meets with President Trump, Claims Mutual Excitement for 'Vaccine Innovation'

This is not good.
35   Ceffer   2025 Jan 20, 10:27am

If the Biden administration is impeached (yes, it can still be impeached) than all the pardons are null and void. In the meantime, slap the fuckers on the stand on the premise that they can no longer shield with the Fifth and must testify truthfully about their crimes.

However, it is all 'The Great Stall', meaning they will die (albeit in disgrace) before they see punishment.

Yes, they can still be prosecuted under State charges, not Federal.

The entire world is asking why Anthony Fauci needed a pardon if he’s supposedly done nothing wrong? In fact, Fauci led the ivory-tower medical establishment in a shameful COVID response which served as a wake-up call to front-line doctors across the globe. Just remember what happened:

Accomplished doctors were silenced and threatened with loss of their practice and financial ruin if they spoke out against Fauci’s mandates.

Government agencies collaborated with social media companies to silence any opposing views about the vaccine and COVID-19 response.

Millions were coerced, with the threat of loss of job and livelihood, into taking an untested, experimental, and dangerous vaccine which, despite Fauci’s insistence, did not stop people from getting COVID-19.

Families were threatened with the removal of their children if they did not take the vaccine.

Effective alternatives such as ivermectin were blacklisted by Fauci’s team, denying millions of Americans a low-cost, readily available life-saving alternative.

Family members were denied the right to say goodbye to their dying loved ones.

Schools were closed, causing generational harm to children.

The very fabric of public trust in the medical community was shredded by Fauci

Of course, the POS can claim the 5th. Since the criminals can be charged by the States for crimes they committed, they can take the 5th so as to not incriminate themselves.

@Misc Yes, but see above. Now that pfucker Pfauci can be compelled to testify to Congress and imprisoned if he lies.

Also consider his gross violation of the Nuremberg Code.

And that it seems invalid to "pardon" someone for unspecified crimes.

And that his pre-emptive pardon for no specified crime was just broadcast around the world. There are a lot more people paying attention now, exactly because of "Biden's" attempt to excuse mass murder.

There was a SCOTUS decision in 1915 that says accepting a pardon implies guilt. It did not speak to the question of whether pre-emptive pardons were constitutional, just that the pardoned person has to accept the pardon to lose his 5th Amendment rights in regard to the crime in question. (Burdick vs US)
