Brothers and roommate of Laken Riley’s killer to be deported after fake green card convictions

Jose Ibarra, who killed Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, was convicted and sentenced to life without parole in a case that became a flashpoint over immigration.

Jose Ibarra's brothers Diego and Argenis, along with their former roommate Rosbeli Flores-Bello, pleaded guilty to possessing fake green cards and were sentenced to prison time and deportation.

Federal authorities believe Diego Ibarra is affiliated with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua based on his tattoos and social media posts.

You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here. Yesterday, the BBC ran a highly encouraging story headlined, “Trump revoking protections for 530,000 Cubans, Haitians and other migrants.” Trump’s team is not slowing down for activist judges.

The Department of Homeland Security on Friday rebuked Biden’s so-called “parole” program, declaring that it had failed in its goals. The agency stated that Biden officials had “granted illegal immigrants opportunities to compete for American jobs and undercut American workers; forced career civil servants to promote the programs even when fraud was identified; and then blamed Republicans in Congress for the chaos that ensued and the crime that followed.”

DHS announced revoking the temporary “parole” status of more than half a million migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. For now, some 240,000 paroled Ukrainians were exempted, and the agency said it will consider other exceptions on a “case-by-case basis.”

According to the notice posted by DHS, the immigrants were warned to leave the country before their permits and deportation shields are cancelled on April 24th. It wasn’t clear whether they would continue getting free plane tickets. Anyone who leaves voluntarily can re-apply later for permanent citizenship through the normal process. Otherwise, they will be banned.

You might recall that last month, DHS also announced it was ending another Biden immigration designation, “temporary protected status” (TPS), for a half-million Haitians camping in the US. Felines of America were unavailable for comment, since their owner was scratching them behind the ears right then.

No doubt, these DHS orders must not run the judicial gauntlet, but I expect Trump will win in the end. What Biden can order, Trump can un-order.

https://slaynews.com/news/marco-rubio-warns-all-foreign-student-activists-visas-revoked/

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has warned all foreign students that they will have their visas revoked and face deportation if they’re caught “creating a ruckus” on U.S. soil.

On Thursday, Rubio made Washington’s position on the removal of visas of “social activist” foreign students “abundantly clear.”

He responded following the removal of Tufts University student Rumeysa Ozturk’s visa.

Rubio warned that anyone else found to be “creating a ruckus” will also have their visa revoked.

“I don’t care what movement you’re involved in,” he told reporters from a press event in Guyana.

“Why would any country in the world allow people to come and disrupt?

“We gave you a visa to come and study and get a degree, not to become a social activist,” he added.

I agreee.

No one has the right to come here to be a political agitator.

Two criminal aliens reportedly were taken into custody this week after they used fake IDs to try to get into a secured work site — at a county jail in southwest Ohio.

“You can’t make this up,” Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones said on X. “This shows you the gall. They don’t care.”

The father-son migrant duo tried to use fake identification documents, including passports and driver’s licenses, to access a construction site at the jail on Wednesday, Jones said.

Since 2021, 5.5 MILLION Illegal Aliens Have Acquired U.S. Social Security Numbers, 1.3 MILLION of these Illegal Aliens are ALREADY on Medicaid.

Some of these Illegal Aliens are Registed to Vote and some ALREADY HAVE Voted in U.S. Elections. They have been referred to Homeland Security Investigation Service for Prosecution.

California made it legal and I doubt it's only measly 1.3M. Should be way more.

Illegal immigrant charged with 'gruesome' murder of Georgia mother and grandmother

COBB COUNTY, Ga. (TNND) — A man who was in the United States illegally was charged with the murder of a Georgia mother and grandmother who federal authorities said died in a "gruesome attack."

Hector David Sagastume-Rivas was identified by Cobb County police as Camillia Williams' suspected killer. Police found Williams' body in a neighborhood in Marietta, Georgia on March 13. Days later, Sagastume-Rivas was taken into custody and charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in connection to the 52-year-old's death. ...

Sagastume-Rivas was charged on Friday with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, rape, aggravated sexual battery and necrophilia.

Local media reported that Williams' family became concerned after Camillia expressed fear about a man she claimed had been following her. WSB quoted her brother, Arsene Williams, who said, "She called the guy a weirdo and, from what I understand, he waited until he caught her alone and did what he did."

So ICE grabs an illegal before his trial at the courthouse. The Democrat judge issues a contempt order against the ICE officer.

I say ICE should arrest the judge for "Obstruction" as his contempt order hinders law enforcement from fulfilling their duties.

FAP FAP FAP. This should have been done long ago.

Before this it was Maduro/Chavez, Green Bullshit, etc.

The idea is that we Westernize them/Make them friendly to America. In reality, like many migrants, they think their way is the best and it's just that America cheated somehow but not to worry, they're here to educate America to act properly in line with their beliefs.

if Earth First was on a Terror List, why can't other Leftist Groups suspected of burning Teslas and such?

I don't think we'll ultimately know the numbers anyway. Tom Homan I don't think plays by the rules so to speak. He's a New Yorker after all. I wouldn't be shocked if he just starts shooting illegals. Which I'd be fine with.

As a US citizen if I don't pay car insurance (I do) I can go to jail. These illegals don't pay car insurance. That's just one layer. They don't pay tolls and likely have a suspended license if they even have one. I can't make one error without risk of fines or jail time. Illegals get arrested and are left to roam free again.

The bigger key is no NEW illegals come in and get rid of the criminal ones here. If we stop the flow in and send only 500 out a day, that's still a massive win compared to the last 4 years. Especially the criminal types.

Deporting 5M people or more is unlikely to happen is my point. The flow in is more important.
267   RWSGFY   2025 Apr 2, 8:50am

Won't happen. Unless you want R's to lose the midterms. I sure as shit don't want to see Dems win. Has to be strategic and close the damn border.

After midterms, go full retard and start deporting non criminals (outside of their illegal entry). I'm all for deportation, but we're already about 18 months from midterms. Get the bad guys first, then go gangbusters on people that are here illegally. Deport your Dem illegal neighbor now and you lost a vote. No one can really complain about criminals now. This stuff takes time.

He's a lame duck and if he keeps Senate and House control, the last 2 years could be sensational for change. He can't lose House seats in Hispanic districts. I know bright hispanics, but most are not the brightest. Even if legal, they'll start thinking they're coming after them. Can't lose that vote.
269   RWSGFY   2025 Apr 2, 9:58am

Of course it won't happen. Another promise not fulfilled. Hence the stupid antics like frogmarching gay Venezuelan hairdressers into Salvador supermax or takeover of Greenland which wasn't mentioned even once during the campaign.

Wasn't this the "ex" MS-13 guy? Either way, even if we deported one person wrongly, Let's stick with the plan. One mistake out of 11,000 is an outstanding batting average. In fact, we need to ramp things up - significantly. If only ten million illegals entered during Biden's time, we have to deport 10,000 people a DAY to finish the job during Trump's time in office.

Problem with that is it would take millions to deport them, not money but people. We have that, but it's not likely that we use them. Let the working illegals, non criminals go for now. After midterms bring the hammer down.

In the meantime, just stop all inflow of illegals at the border. Less drugs. Less illegals lowering wages. Then crack the whip when it's time after midterms. Don't piss off the middle of the road legals before that time. No one can argue removing criminals here illegally. Or they're retarded. And yes some are retarded.

The plan is stupid because it deports a miniscule number of aliens at great cost and is geared for spectacle instead of efficiency. The stuff like plane flights, fees for Salvadorian prison, etc. is expensive and, what's more important, not scalable. What is needed is trains or, better yet, ships, making short trips to the closest dumping point, which in most cases would be MX (because most of aliens entered through there). And the message is wrong: you are not being deported because you have gang tattoos, or because you raped a granma, or because you've had a DUI or two - you're being deported because you're in this country illegally. Full stop, no other qualifiers necessary. Boutique deportations won't do it, we need Walmart deportations. Amazon deportations. Blasting all over TV how we white-glove delivered some tattoo-covered MS13 gangbanger to Salvador on a C-17 flight does not send the message some think it sends. Seeing all this show the intended illegal alien audience does not think "I need to self-deport" it rather thinks "I'm not a gang member, have no tattoos and am laying low, so they are not after me and it will be a long time before they have time, money and energy to go after the likes of me, if ever".

Hey, no person is illegal! They are criminals because they committed the crime of illegal entry, and most likely the crime of working here illegally.

So let's all do the right thing and use the correct term: "criminal aliens"

Flows better too, with stress on first syllable of both words.

And it causes maximum discomfort for those who are protecting them at the expense of US workers and US taxes.

Hire them to do it.

Seriously, give citizenship and pay to the ones who volunteer and are most productive at deporting all the others, long as they have no other criminal record and are not in the cartels.

This would also turn them against each other, always a good thing when fighting criminals.

It'll get easier once DOGE gets a handle on the IRS and SS data bases. Then they can cut the coin going to these illegal MFs, Then start denying the fuckton of Section-8 giveaways.

They'll start self-deporting.

No they won't they will just hold out for the next time dems take control. In the mean time we should be jailing people for employing, providing financial services to, or housing illegals. We need to stop anchor baby system.

Part of me thinks the people that want the US destroyed won with that last massive flood of illegals. Our country will become even more divided and tribal.
