It's not. Gitmo is being reopened for deports, Holman is working on planes, there has to be threats and negotiations with the home countries, it's not dooming.

Jose Ibarra's brothers Diego and Argenis, along with their former roommate Rosbeli Flores-Bello, pleaded guilty to possessing fake green cards and were sentenced to prison time and deportation.

Federal authorities believe Diego Ibarra is affiliated with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua based on his tattoos and social media posts.
