Researchers at the University of Delhi published a preprint in January of 2020: "Uncanny similarity of unique inserts in the 2019-nCoV spike protein to HIV-1 gp120 and Gag." It was, of course, withdrawn under pressure as you can see here: http://dx.doi.org/10.1101/2020.01.30.927871. But I downloaded the preprint before it was withdrawn.
