Zelinsky's body language and posture and facial expressions, was too much of a tell for the MSM to spin his predicament with sympathy. Much less defend the continuation of their war.

Zelensky was amped up on cocaine. It looks like he calmed down for a while and just had enough to get through that meeting. I grew up with people like that around me. Zelensky's body language, throat swallowing and nose grabbing are exactly like them.

I wish we could see the whole conference, or what led up to Zelensky talking to the press to the point where JD Vance called him out for litigating to the press. That is where all footage of the meeting on line begins. That wasn't supposed to be a press conference, but it quickly turned into one.
Usually dignitaries that meet for an agreement meeting. They usually keep the details quiet, and not dish them out during the photo op, much less the press conference.

It was going well, until Zelensky went into a Putin rant, and tried to push NAFO propaganda about starving Ukrainian POWs, etc. Trump put up with it.
Zelensky was being a stubborn ass and while it was cool he fought his corner hard, Trump lost his Temper with him a little bit in reaction to a reporter's question (I missed the question as I was in the John).
Telling him he is NOT in a position to dictate anything, that Ukraine was in big trouble, etc.
This is like watching a table of Mafiosos and the Big Don of New York (pun intended) is telling the Little Don of St. Louis what is going to happen. That Big Don is making a Deal with Chicago Don, and the St. Louis family ought to be grateful they're getting anything instead of whacked out.
