He doesn't have the balls. His M-O is to just write a bunch of checks with his mouth.

Maybe Fauci's pardon can be invalidated based on the fact that it was never legitimately signed.

The UK Daily Mail ran a breaking story last week headlined, “Biden autopen signature appears on almost every document, report finds.” The presidential autopen has a long and storied history. President Eisenhower began using the mechanical device to sign letters and thank-you cards back in the 1950s. But in 2011, President Obama infamously used the presidential autopen to sign a Patriot Act extension while he was traveling in Europe— the first known use of the scribbling gadget to enact a law.

... This week, news broke of Intrepid independent researchers at the Oversight Project, organized by the Heritage Foundation, who compared all Biden’s executive order signatures. Unsurprisingly, they found that nearly every single Biden executive order was not signed by the presidential cabbage but by the presidential auto-signing machine. Even the Fauci pardon. Even the pardon for his own family:

On March 5th, Missouri’s Attorney General Andrew Bailey asked the DOJ to investigate all this robotic signing and confirm that Biden actually knew they were even doing it...

It raises an intriguing question: if Biden didn’t know what his rogue autopen was signing, then who did? And if it wasn’t Biden, are all those pardons legal? Remember— the key question over legality is informed consent. While Biden might be presumed to have authorized the autopen’s use, where is the evidence?

Surely, for a presidential act as significant as signing bills into law, executive orders, or pardons for large groups of crooked malefactors, there should be some evidence of prior approval. ...

On Thursday, reacting to the news, President Trump signed a strict new order setting out restrictive guidelines for using the presidential autopen— all common-sense rules you could easily predict. The Trump autopen is never to be used for anything with official effect, such as EOs, bills, appointments, pardons, or nominations, and not even more routine things like memos or invitations to foreign leaders.

In all official settings, Trump will only sign official documents in front of at least two witnesses.

Yesterday, President Trump gave a major speech at the Department of Justice (to the Department of Justice). Among his wide-ranging and pointed remarks about two-tiered justice, Trump commented on the burgeoning Biden autopen scandal (0:17). He said, “You don’t use autopen. Number one, it’s disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it’s not even valid. Biden had no idea what the hell he was doing." ...

At this point, the better questions might be: what, if anything, was real about Biden’s presidency? And if not Biden, who was the real president?

They should go after Hunter. Prosecute his ass.

Then let the autopen challenge make it's way to SCOTUS and see what happens.

The damn autopen should be illegal no matter what, anyway.

Oh..it's used by generals too! Wonderful.

Auto Pen aside, the President doesn't have to power to sanction crimes. He can only pardon those from the judicial system already in a legal case.
Beit already incarcerated or working its way through the courts. But to blanket pardon people for crimes they are not in any legal trouble for is racketeering.

Biden's pardon of deathrow inmates, convicted of the most heinous crimes, is more valid than any of Biden's blanket shield pardons.

If these pardons stand. Then it would be so easy for an Organized crime organization, to work to get members elected to the office. Have that President bring in all of his patterners in crime. Stonewall any investigations into any wrong doing. Commit all kinds of high crimes and treason, but then pardon himself and everyone on the way out of office. Rinse and repeat.

It points out the complete artificiality the Intels have foisted since Obama: Gay CIA Manchurian legend transitioning to dead politician masqueraded by masked actors.

Now, important political documents are signed by a robot under remote control without the fake masked actor even around or knowing of the event. It's hubris of the most extreme kind from the Deep State.

Where this leads, WOO knows.

15   Tenpoundbass   2025 Mar 17, 9:31am

Future Presidents gets to run on retribution to bring administrations like that to justice. It would be like a bank robber robbing a bank, but on the way out of the door, declare that the police can't touch them.
16   Tenpoundbass   2025 Mar 17, 9:35am

Again the autopen issue is only an issue, if Biden didn't issue them. Which would be hard to prove. The Autopen is there for a reason.
The legal question should be "Can a President issue discrete esoteric pardons for crimes not even on anyone's radar?"
Because if we go down the road of the autopen, Biden will ultimately win.

I'm sure Trump has some autopen signatures that could be called into question from 2016. If we go down that road.
17   Ceffer   2025 Mar 17, 9:37am

Doesn't look like Trump's letting it go. He's trying to hammer the significance into the brains of the dullard populace? Good luck.

Under color of Biden Actor.

Not true.

Nixon is the most famous case, but others going back over a century were done too.
21   Ceffer   2025 Mar 17, 11:52am

Autopen didn't even get the original signature of the formerly living Biden correct. So, autopen is a forgery of a forgery.

Nixon had a case against him. The Watergate Scandal broke before he stepped down, and was under full investigation.
What are other examples, there never has been a preemptive pardon for something that wasn't already in an agency's purview.

I don't know of any blanket pardon, where if it were established a couple years later that the pardoned person was guilty of racketeering, robbery, drug dealing and kidnapping, their ass was covered by a pardon. Which essentially is what Biden did.

No, he didn't.

An investigation is not a 'legal case'. A 'legal case' is an actual prosecution that results from investigation. Like, when charges are actually brought up.

There was an investigation of the break in and those involved. That led to a legal case against them and their prosecutions. Nixon wasn't one of those people.

He was later investigated for covering it up, but never charged/prosecuted.

The Ford pardon covered any future possible prosecution of that AND other crimes unspecified - a blanket pardon.

And blanket pardons are not new. SCOTUS blessed them way back in 1866.
25   Ceffer   2025 Mar 17, 2:13pm

Court? Something tells me the Deep State does not want this to be subject to forensic examination in court. Real Presidents approving auto signatures based on their real signatures, or Dead President Actors approving flagrant forgeries?

https://t.me/SGTnewsNetwork/87198
26   Ceffer   2025 Mar 17, 2:16pm

It is well worth pursuing. Every step of the way of a legal challenge will of necessity be reported in the news whether they want to or not. Whatever Biden Actor they cook up would have to testify in court, and that cannot occur. Likely, the CIA and the SES Deep State will 'decease' Biden before that can happen, but the whole thing is a tremendous bag of worms for them.

Doesn't take a graphology genius to see the fakes of the crappy fakes. Of course, there is still vigorous Overton resistance to declaring the Biden Actor a fake. Too much for the sheeples to bear. The CIA knew their quarry and their weaknesses.

30   Ceffer   2025 Mar 17, 4:22pm

The autopen gig for major bills was most sanctified by Obama. It had been used previously mostly for correspondence.

It now appears to be specifically to have been preparation for the 'Cartoon Presidency' of an actual dead President.

32   clambo   2025 Mar 18, 12:32pm

Autopen signatures should be invalid.

We mortals have our signatures notarized and witnessed.

Who knows if Biden was aware or approved of the signatures made by autopen?

Pull Biden in for questioning.
