about the due process for the J6 crowd.
the due process for the J6 crowd
You may not like some court decisions... same for me.... but the J6 crowd had their day in court. They got due process.
Who in the J6 crowd went to jail without seeing the inside of a court?

What are your thoughts on the lack of due process for the "January 6th insurrectionists"?

There was no lack of due process for them. They got trials. You just don't like the result.
What is due process though?
Disagreeing with the court is NOT evidence of lack of due process.
seems like a decent human.

Wookie, I do appreciate this comment. If we dont reach any consensus on this topic, we can at least acknowledge each others humanity. I'll call that progress. Its not very often the two sides can get that far even.
just telling you what the law is.
Why do you think this guy isn't entitled due process? what case law are you referring to?

All of them got trials. All of them had right to attorney. All of them were eligible to appeal etc... None of them were incarcerated in violation of a court order. None of them were deported to a prison in a foreign country where the prison keepers said they wont send them back even if asked by a court...
Citing the law and circumstances of this case is moot. Due process is not necessary.
They got trials after years of rotting in the disgusting DC jail without a hearing, held virtually incommunicado, denied medical treatment. This violates about half of the Bill of Rights on its face.
I dont know about this case

Natch, he's an illegal alien with no residency, citizenship, or visa.
Bukele is keeping him in El Salvador, I heard he's actually in jail on El Salvadorian charges.
