El Salvador won’t return wrongly deported Maryland man
https://x.com/politico/status/1911819797651747093

Natch, he's an illegal alien with no residency, citizenship, or visa.

Bukele is keeping him in El Salvador, I heard he's actually in jail on El Salvadorian charges.

about the due process for the J6 crowd.

The foreign occupied foreign city state of Washington DC is ruled by a bizarre Roman law of corruption, the law of the forum. DC (formerly) had different zones with different iterations of such. The grounds of Congress are ruled by the worst variant, the Vatican law of Inquisition. Thus, the J6 prisoners were subjected to medieval religious torture law. That is specifically why Pelosi et alia lured them into the Capitol.

the due process for the J6 crowd

Who in the J6 crowd went to jail without seeing the inside of a court?

You may not like some court decisions... same for me.... but the J6 crowd had their day in court. They got due process.

It's a propaganda assault to convince the gullible virtue signaling of the Satanic Inversion of illegal aliens' 'due process' rights.

No, they didn't. They mouldered in dungeons for years and maybe got tribunals in Roman kangaroo courts. That they got 'due process' is an assertion fallacy.

Designated undeclared foreign agent of the Middle Temple of the secret legal handshake club Inns of Court of the City of London continues his attempted usurpations of executive powers under the direction of his masters.

90% were arrested for walking through the Capitol... They were citizens and it was public property. 99% didn't do any damage or harm or illegal activity.

Did people commit illegal acts? Yes. 100%. And they should be in jail, some of them.

This Maryland guy was not here legally. Legally he doesn't get due process. They're branding him as some victim, main stream media to make you think he was legal. I'm sure you know what clickbait is. The lefts revues are in the sewer and they'll run articles and stories on purely made up BS. Republicans do it as well, so I'm not one sided. This is a closed book situation, the guy is staying in El Salvador.

The reason we lefties are worried

What are your thoughts on the lack of due process for the "January 6th insurrectionists"?

Both are messed up, but for some reason I take a larger issue with the tattooed gang banger. Don't like either but I'll give the benefit of the doubt to the tranny swimmer. He just beats women in sports. The banger beats them and kills them physically. Lesser of two evils, but I guess I'd take the tranny as the good person in the meme. Both are wrong though.

There was no lack of due process for them. They got trials. You just don't like the result.

What is due process though? A bunch were let into the Capitol and didn't touch a thing. That's due process?

That's why the term law fare now exists. Judges are no longer following the law themselves. This Maryland guy is law school 101. He enter illegally and we can remove him. That's the way it's always been. You take a low or middle class job from my citizen neighbor, goodbye. I have no sympathy for the guy. Due process is not his right.

What is due process though?

All of them got trials. All of them had right to attorney. All of them were eligible to appeal etc... None of them were incarcerated in violation of a court order. None of them were deported to a prison in a foreign country where the prison keepers said they wont send them back even if asked by a court...

You are just conflating the notion that you don't like a court decision/sentence with "No due process."

I get it, you think those people didnt do anything wrong, so you dont agree with the sentences they got. That is NOT the same thing as being deprived of due process.... its just that you dont agree with the courts decision. Disagreeing with the court is NOT evidence of lack of due process.
88   Onvacation   2025 Apr 19, 3:00pm

Disagreeing with the court is NOT evidence of lack of due process.

Citizens have the right to a speedy trial with a jury of their peers and if convicted should not be subject to cruel or unusual punishment. Footage that could have exonerated many defendants was withheld from their defense teams.

Due process is a legal principle that protects individual rights from arbitrary government actions. January 6th defendants were denied due process.

Your hero from El Salvador had several days in court and was sentenced to deportation.

Wookie, I do appreciate this comment. If we dont reach any consensus on this topic, we can at least acknowledge each others humanity. I'll call that progress. Its not very often the two sides can get that far even.

False equivalency and cognitive dissonance are the manna of the propaganda left. Nobody buys it anymore unless they are ne plus ultra gullible or just plain stupid or have some pony in the race or are paid off.

I 100% get your point. They're not allowed due process if they are here illegally. The conversation is over. Provide ID and the problem goes away. This guy didn't and couldn't. We're not going to see eye to eye, just telling you what the law is.
97   DeficitHawk   2025 Apr 19, 11:32pm

just telling you what the law is.

You keep saying this but you're wrong... that's not what the law is.

"It is true that aliens who have once passed through our gates, even illegally, may be expelled only after proceedings conforming to traditional standards of fairness encompassed in due process of law. The Japanese Immigrant Case, 189 U. S. 86, 189 U. S. 100-101 (1903); Wong Yang Sung v. McGrath, 339 U. S. 33, 339 U. S. 49-50 (1950); Kwong Hai Chew v. Colding, 344 U. S. 590, 344 U. S. 598 (1953)."

This quote is from Shaughnessy v. U.S. ex rel. Mezei, 345 U.S. 206 (1953) which does put limits on due process for immigrants who are in the process of entering, but not for people already here. There is an expedited removal process (IIRAIRA 1996) that limits due process for arriving and recently arrived (<2 years) immigrants, but it does not apply in this case because this person had been here for a long time. Also, these due process restrictions on arriving immigrants are just for deportation, not incarceration. This case is about incarceration.

Why do you think this guy isn't entitled due process? what case law are you referring to?

He's part of a terrorist organization. I'm not gonna look it up for you. ICE and DOJ can toss the guy whenever they want. Trump is using law on the book, you're just eating up the media BS. Everything is above board and legal by sending him back to El Salvador.

This really shouldn't even be a discussion at this point. Citing the law and circumstances of this case is moot. Due process is not necessary. I think you know this.

There was no lack of due process for them. They got trials. You just don't like the result.

They got trials after years of rotting in the disgusting DC jail without a hearing, held virtually incommunicado, denied medical treatment. This violates about half of the Bill of Rights on its face.

Sounds like you need to quit smoking the Rachal Maddows. The J6 victims of political persecution got no due process, until adequate time had passed and the Kangaroo court was set up for them to fast track their lack of a fair trial.

If any of these Wetback illegal gang bangers were treated anything like the innocent persecuted J6 victims were treated, and put in the DC gulag, there would be hell to pay. The El Salvador prison is a Summer camp compared to what the persecuted J6 victims went through just for being manipulated and set up by Federal Workers and Capitol police to enter the Capitol building.

That is not true. People who are here are entitled due process, even if they came illegally. I agree the courts allow limits to due process for people in the process of arriving, and there is an expedited process for removal of arriving immigrants which limits the scope of hearings. But that does not mean immigrants don't get due process.

It is untrue that non citizens, legal or illegal are denied due process. Its not true. This guy is entitled due process.

What's going on right now is just Trump attempting to abuse a wartime power to suspend civil rights in peace time. (Alien Enemy Act). I hope you dont want to live in a world where the president has those powers, and I hope the supreme court puts a stop to it. (As of right now hey have... time will tell).

I dont know about this case, but I also think the J6 people are entitled due process. And they are entitled a speedy trial too. I've never said they shouldn't get all of their rights. I think they should.

Bill of rights applies to all. J6'ers and illegal immigrants, both.

I'll give you the advice my toddler son gave me when we watched the silent film "The General" - READ.
