The EU Executive Committee recently pointed out that 91% of the more than 4.6 billion small-scale parcels sent to the European market in 2024 came from China, which is equivalent to more than 145 parcels per second, and all are exempt from tariffs. French Finance Minister Lombard criticized the mailed parcels from China for not only "competing with French merchants", but also "ecological chaos", and some of the products even "do not comply with European norms." The French Ministry of Finance said on the 25th that it will announce "specific measures" on the 29th to "stop the phenomenon" and reduce the flood of the European market with small packages in China.

欧盟执委会日前指出，2024年寄入欧洲市场的逾46亿件小额包裹中，有91%来自中国，等同于每秒钟就有超过145个包裹，且全部享有免关税。法国财政部长隆巴德批评来自中国的邮寄包裹不仅「和法国商家竞争」，更是「生态乱象」，其中部分商品甚至「不符合欧洲规范」。
法国财政部25日表示，将于29日宣布「具体措施」，以「遏止现象」，减少中国小额包裹淹没欧洲市场。
