We can see from the DEW and HAARP attacks a la Paradise, Lahania, Palisades etc. etc. that FEMA is about eminent domain squared, not 'helping' anybody. They set up camps full of armed mercenaries in North Carolina, obvious hired soldier types. In Lahaina, they set up portable crematoriums to destroy evidence of DEWs exploding bodies.
FEMA with DHS had camps set up all over the country, but mainly the Southwest, with the aim of providing facilities for liquidating at least a quarter of the population for the 'Globalist Vision'.
Getting rid of FEMA and DHS (both sired from the 9/11 false flag) as well as the Patriot Act will mitigate the Globalist agenda of the Clintons, Bush, Obama etc.
