This is hard to parse:

I think it means that Trump has applied to stop an order from the far-left extremist DC District Court, which would have stopped Trump from removing some far-left extremist flunkies. So Trump is allowed to remove the wackos.

I also think they're also saying that the Constitution overrides subversive laws made by Democrats.

Does this mean he can continue with dismantling the purely harmful Department of Education as well? I read that there was some order attempting to stop him from that too.
