The producers of Died Suddenly just issued a detailed report on the U.S. government’s prosecution of Dr. Kirk Moore.

Utah plastic surgeon Dr. Kirk Moore is facing thirty five years in federal prison for destroying thousands of vials of COVID-19 vaccine, giving his patients vaccine cards without taking the shots, and injecting saline into children whose parents wanted them to believe they got vaccinated without risking the deadly side effects. . . .

Officially, Dr. Moore and his co-defendant, are being charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.

The “government property” being referred to is $28,028.50 worth of “government-provided COVID-19 vaccines”, also referred to by Pfizer as “government prototypes” due to their experimental, untested, and dangerous nature.

Dr. Moore is also accused of specifically distributing at least 1,937 “fraudulently completed vaccination record cards” to his patients, none of which are testifying for or against him in this case, and also administering saline shots to some of their kids, admitted by the DOJ to have been carried out with the full knowledge and consent of their parents, so their children would actually believe and act as if they were vaccinated, and not have to lie to live a normal life with their friends amidst the pandemic mandates and madness.

In other words, Dr. Moore gave many of his fellow Americans a way to maintain their bodily autonomy and to avoid receiving experimental genetic transfer shots that were widely suspected at the time to have been improperly tested. Since then, thousands of studies have been published in peer-reviewed literature demonstrating a shocking array of harms caused by this peculiar species of “government property.”

The charges against Dr. Moore were filed by the creepy and tyrannical administration of Joe Biden. That President Trump’s DOJ persists in prosecuting him strikes me as unfathomably strange.

We urge U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to drop the charges against Dr. Moore and to focus the Justice Department’s efforts on prosecuting real criminals, and not a man who provided an invaluable service to his fellow Americans by helping them to avoid a significant risk of injury and death.

Mixed feelings here. Had those thousands just refused the vaxx rather than fake it, this tyranny may have ended sooner. Also, Dr Moore is unlikely to be the only one that facilitated faking the vax, as we probably had lots of "Dr Moores" nationwide. All these fake vaxx recipients added credence that the vaxx causes no harm by diluting the data of those who suffered actual harm from the real vaxx.

Hero or villain is always in the eye of the beholder. My question to those who would condemn him is, who is the victim? Was anyone harmed by this man’s actions? I get it, he lied. And he enabled others to lie.

It's law unfortunately. I believe he did the right thing, but as a doc it's against the law to do what he did.

An individual could have copied the card and just made it themselves. I had my wife's card and had a copy and changed a few things on it so I could show it if needed. She didn't know this. Without signed consent, they can't look at your medical records anyway.

Like I said the doc did a good thing, but was clearly careless with it. What if he was careless with other medical issues in his practice. We've had a doc off his wife here. I hate bringing it up, but the medical field gets this bull shit wholesome treatment. My eye doctor is the only one I trust. There was a solution. Forge the card yourself. HR can't do anything without your consent.

I don’t think what he did was careless. It was deliberate and careful, he even wrote the lot numbers out and then disposed of the vaxx so no one actually got it. It was wrong and stupid, but careless does not apply here. Unethical probably, but careless, no. To those who received fraudulent vaxx records he is a hero. As for the law, the law that may have been violated is if he got paid for giving people vaxx they never received. That’s billing fraud. But if he received the drug for free and didn’t charge anything for giving it, that would not be billing fraud. It would be a “waste” of vaxx (government provided) and that is likely the reason for this prosecution. Some DA wants to make an example of him for mocking the narrative in the most deliberate manner.

Fake vax IDs were rampant from holistic guys in Santa Cruz. Many of them were anti vax even before Covid, and have strategies in place to create the paper trails without actually getting the vaxes. Just under 2,000 vaccine cards is a lot regardless of my thoughts on covid. All I'm saying is if he thought to do this, there likely are other issues not reported in his practice is all. I don't trust doctors. No one ever needed to cheat the system either. You could have forged your own. Not illegal for a private citizen to do it since it wasn't law.

He has a medical license and has to abide by it. He should have just told them to forge it. He billed them and got them a card. The covid vaccine is BS, but he made a lot of money off of it. My point is has anyone looked up the charges? 35 years is a lot. There's got to be other stuff wrapped up in it. It is fraud either way as he was getting paid.

Put this way if I did an eye for an eye crime to someone that harmed my kid, it feels right but is still illegal. The government f'd covid up, but injecting saline solution and probably getting money for the actual covid vaccines is fraud. Just give them a blank card and they can do what they want with it. Or they could have printed it off. There was no law for a forged card. He got patients and used them to make money and didn't do anything. This is exactly why I don't trust doctors.

The problem is it was fraud. I 100% understand why one would support the doc. I did not take the jab or was ever required to show proof to anyone, but had a made up card with legit vaccine numbers. The doc was ordering the vax and would get reimbursed, but was not actually giving it. Getting paid by the government or insurance companies.

It's like the huge uptick in people needing their gall bladder removed if they have stomach pains. Unnecessary stuff happens all the time. Because it's your "health" people don't report things because they know little of the medical field. Plus people go to sites like web md with their symptoms and almost all results are you can die, when that is rarely the case. This then makes hospitals and docs less likely to have fraud found out.

So again I support what the doc was doing and it was harmless, but still it was financial fraud. This will scare other docs that are committing much worse fraud with other potential serious heath issues.

Dr. Kirk Moore is a hero of the COVID wars. He administered saline shots instead of COVID vaccines to his patients and issued vaccine cards to them, allowing them to continue with their work or school. In doing so, Dr. Moore preserved the health of his patients and fulfilled his Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. Anyone over 65 years of age was supposed to receive it, as was anyone else who had pre-existing conditions, including pregnant and nursing mothers, and babies 6 months of age and older.

This meant that there were literally hundreds of thousands of patients who ran the risk of being murdered or disabled by lifelong conditions due to the ongoing distribution of the vaccines. A significant number of patients, especially among the elderly, the ill, and pregnant women and their children, would die before their natural time, from heart disease, from a damaged immune system, from miscarriage or stillbirth, to hundreds of other identified adverse effects of the jab.

Was there an increasing awareness in the administration about the damage done by the mRNA vaccines? Was this ending of the trial an acknowledgement of the heroism this physician demonstrated in protecting his patients from the potentially deadly effects of the COVID-19 vaccine? Were we going to see mRNA vaccines suspended and banned? Damaged patients recognized and helped?
