Ninth Circuit is allegedly the most liberal, yet they overturn much of the Kommie legislative output that California tries to foist. The Ninth Circuit should just set up a booth at the legislature. Or, maybe they should set up the booth in Peking.

The truth is in the middle. CA has so many natural advantages that it will always be desired. Plus life during the dot com boom was a never ending party in the bay area and likely for the families in the decades leading up to it. It peaked with RHCPs release of Californication and the Matrix. It had another good run - not as good as the dot com boom - during the housing bubble, but has been ailing ever since. It will eventually come back, gotta get rid of the leftoids first. New SF Mayor is actually decent and taking a few pages out of Trump's playbook.
