don’t think that’s a firable offense. i can be wrong, im not corporate. just judging based on how often i hear about coworkers dating.
One can date coworkers no problem. The issue is one cannot date a subordinate.

The only case that I’d agree with is, both parties agree to leave the work place to do something else with their broken families and lose all connections from all the previous work places at least in public presence!
All past coworkers are equally scared to be exposed! That is the downside of the social media.
