HR Chieftess in the arms of the CEO on Coldplay's Concert "Kiss Cam". They quickly break apart their loving embrace and leave as the singer comments.

Her LinkedIn says she builds trusts with all the employees: “trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants.”.
HR, rules for thee, but not for me!

Plus, both will likely be fired.

I don't know. The behavior seems entirely consistent with her role as a human resource.

why are they even trying to pretend to be moral when they aren’t. that’s what i don’t get about wokeness. maybe someone here can explain.

they aren’t a church, their morality is whatever culture, they aren’t truthful about it but pretend. i don’t get the point.

plus the woman from HR, she’s just as part of it. she’s no innocent spring child. so why pretend?
23   Ceffer   2025 Jul 19, 7:52pm

Byron's wife showed up and beat the HR concubine with a folding chair, just like in the Jerry Springer days.
24   MolotovCocktail   2025 Jul 19, 9:21pm

This is sooo fucktarded. Were they on drugs or something?

Few more videos popping up part of others while camera panning out where both appear to be kissing each other!
Business is doing well. May be that gave him over confidence and push ethical boundaries.

Business magazine sites like inc.com strongly suggested to fire him from the job is because he’s cheating his wife and no one can trust his leadership skills.
After the board meeting, he “resigned”!
I read somewhere that HR lady husband is a CEO!

if those videos come out, that’ll be a fiery divorce proceeding for Andy. it already is bad.

I do not think they were fired for cheating on a spouse, they were fired because a boss had an affair with a subordinate. That will get you fired anywhere, married or not. Boss-subordinate affairs are taboo because of the obvious favoritism and the potential sexual harassment lawsuits.

that makes sense. i see. they both probably got let go since both were in position of authority.

Ironically, since she was head of Human Resources, she likely had to fire people who had in-office affairs.

don’t think that’s a firable offense. i can be wrong, im not corporate. just judging based on how often i hear about coworkers dating.

I guess HR's 'No Panties Friday' didn't work out as expected. Or, maybe it did. I'm confused.

One can date coworkers no problem. The issue is one cannot date a subordinate.

Work/company policy, sure. But you can date/kiss/fuck whoever you want at any time as long as they're of legal age. Fine he was married, that's a dip shit move. If you don't like your wife leave them. If your company has a policy against being with other staff intimately, leave the company.

I really don't even understand why this is a story besides stirring up soap opera type drama. Does anyone actually care? I sure as shit don't. He's a douche bag for messing around behind his wife's back and that's it. I get the double standard with the CEO and HR, but who gives a shit?

The Coldplay jokes are funny though.

Of all things you post that display what an alternate reality you live in from the rest of us, this is a biggee.

Count yourself lucky in your ignorance. Seriously. I am not ribbing you. Enjoy it.

It's like the old Hollywood PI strategy of setting up a cheating spouse with a honeytrap at a designated hotel, then barging in with the flash bulbs popping and a camera for divorce proceedings, only this one happened by accident on television.

Karma comes in strange packages.

If the environment around is like in bay area ca the biggest risk for the business would be lose good employees quickly!
Btw, I heard that the second woman laughing is also their coworker!!
Sounds like they have not so good working environment around.

@WookieMan are you seriously saying that! People around get heart attack when they get caught even remotely. It’s not that funny at so many levels. It’s the end of functional life that not too many can afford even people in top management with lots of money.
The only case that I’d agree with is, both parties agree to leave the work place to do something else with their broken families and lose all connections from all the previous work places at least in public presence!
All past coworkers are equally scared to be exposed! That is the downside of the social media.

Oh, this time I think he's serious.

He has been fortunate to have been running his own biz long before the Tyranny of HR really took off in Corporate America. Not that I think he would go back to a corporate job...but if he did, I think he'd be fired real quick and probably sued by some blue haired lesbo bitch for running his mouth in ways he has no remote clue about.

Like Sly Stone coming out of the freezer in the Hyper woke society in the San Angeles of the future in Demolition Man (1993) and getting fined for swearing.

Consequently, he has no idea what the schadenfruede appeal this HR fiasco has for the rest of us. He can't comprehend.

Lucky bastard.
