The Representative Office of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) in Switzerland recently hosted a two-day event in Germany titled the “2025 European United Action Seminar.” According to the CTA’s Liaison Officer for Chinese Affairs in Europe, participants at the seminar jointly issued the “2025 European United Action Consensus.” The statement strongly opposes the Chinese government’s interference in the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama and calls on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to respect the right to self-determination of all ethnic groups.
