Look at the pics and you'll see why geodesic dome houses stopped being built, even in the West where it's dryer.

What do you notice about the ceiling corners?

This property has been for sale for years. It's always been in the mid-high 200k range.

Mold and moisture from condensation on (or through) the cement shell? They try to bury the house condition by amping the outside beauty shots. The cement stuff was probably intended for insulation, but poorly implemented and badly sealed. I don't know how you would get mold out of that material. Could be a tear down disaster. In California, they are built with wood and glass framing usually and are esthetically attractive. This one looks like a geodesic pill box.

condensation forms from warm air (with moisture) cooling and the moisture turns from vapor to liquid

the geodesic home obviously does not have an attic space with soffit vents and ridge cap vent and a solar exhaust fan as far as what I've seen in Florida to get proper ventilation / air flow

the looks like one of the more specific sources , which does not surprise me as far as running a dehumidifer and running fans to circulate the air within the home ... I say also try to remedy with material solutions like mold or mildew resistant materials including painting ceiling with Kilz

Found this:
The more efficient a building becomes the more critical good building practice becomes, for example: a draughty old barn needs little in the way of design thought but an ultra efficient geodesic dome has warm moist air that rises to the top of the dome causing uncomfortable temperatures upstairs, condensation problems, even wet rot and potential mould problems, all of which have to have practical cost effective solutions.

Owner left the house for a while, shut down or kept the temp too high to save money, and came back to a rot and mold fiesta as the ultra efficient house trapped all the moist warm air in the high corners.

Or, judging by the unfinished parts, got sick or ran out of money.

In my skid row clapboard apartment when I was poor in New Orleans, I could see the dirt ground through some areas of the floor. With the air conditioner, and also with heating in winter, due to the high humidity, there was a distinct line of condensate at about two feet off of the floor on the walls where mold would start to form. I would find old shoes in the closet that I hadn't kept track of covered in mold hair spores.

When I went back several years ago, the place was an empty lot. I was surprised how small the lot was (three apartments) since I had lived there for nearly three years. Everything I owned outside of furniture I left on the curb fit into an Plymouth Arrow, including my books and stereo. The Arrow had been in the Northeast, had floated around outside my apartment during a flood. I could see the road under my feet while driving where it had worn through. It just barely made it back to California to LA.

I tried to buy one in Crystal River Fl. On 5 acres. Looked like it would flood during a hurricane. The owner, a widow, decided not to sell when I presented an offer. Probably for the best. There were obvious leaks that had been patched on the second floor.
