Criminalize Restraining Flag Displays
Any Civil, Corporate, or Government Authority that restricts the display of the US Flag personally or on a person's private property, by fine, detention, arrest, charge, etc. shall face a minimum of 6 months incarceration and no less than a $50k fine.
This applies to Blue State Police trying to stop Americans counter-protesting with US Flags, or the HOA trying to fine a homeowner for displaying a US Flag anywhere on their property.
So an HOA Board that fined an American Property Owner for displaying a street-facing US Flag in their window "In violation of HOA rules" would each go to prison for 6 months and individually pay $50k each
OR, a Blue State Police Officer removing a US Flag waver from a street corner during a protest because of some Public Endangerment nonsense would be imprisoned 6 months and pay $50k, along with any Sarge, LT, Captain, Chief, or Mayor who ordered it.
